【摘要】：近年來,西藏相對粗放的發(fā)展模式使得環(huán)境污染等問題日益凸顯,環(huán)保產(chǎn)業(yè)基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施建設(shè)相對薄弱,資金的缺乏已成為制約西藏環(huán)保產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展的"瓶頸"。因此,探索適合西藏環(huán)保產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展的投融資機制,對于保護生態(tài)環(huán)境、建設(shè)美麗西藏具有重要意義。文章對西藏環(huán)保產(chǎn)業(yè)的內(nèi)涵、分類以及產(chǎn)業(yè)特性進行論述,指出了西藏環(huán)保產(chǎn)業(yè)投融資思路,并結(jié)合其特性,重點設(shè)計了西藏環(huán)保產(chǎn)業(yè)不同的投融資模式;最后提出了促進投融資的保障措施。
[Abstract]:In recent years, the relatively extensive development mode of Tibet has made environmental pollution and other problems increasingly prominent, the infrastructure construction of environmental protection industry is relatively weak, and the lack of funds has become the "bottleneck" that restricts the development of environmental protection industry in Tibet. Therefore, it is of great significance to explore the investment and financing mechanism suitable for the development of environmental protection industry in Tibet for the protection of the ecological environment and the construction of a beautiful Tibet. This paper discusses the connotation, classification and industrial characteristics of the environmental protection industry in Tibet, points out the investment and financing ideas of the environmental protection industry in Tibet, and focuses on the design of different investment and financing modes of the environmental protection industry in Tibet in combination with its characteristics. Finally, the guarantee measures to promote investment and financing are put forward.
