【摘要】：面對經濟全球化、金融業(yè)跨業(yè)經營一體化的趨勢,金融并購案例層出不窮,金融機構規(guī)模日趨擴大,形成了多元化的業(yè)務組合。金融機構特別是作為金融集團化重要組織形式的金融控股公司,大都將關注的焦點聚焦于已有業(yè)務的整合。本文選取臺灣地區(qū)14家金融控股公司為觀察樣本,從業(yè)務整合的角度提出了業(yè)務復合型和整合型多元通路兩種管控模式,并對它們進行了對比分析。
[Abstract]:Facing the trend of economic globalization and the integration of the financial industry across industries, the financial merger and acquisition cases emerge in endlessly, and the scale of financial institutions expands day by day, forming a diversified business combination. Financial institutions, especially financial holding companies as an important form of financial collectivization, will focus on the integration of existing business. In this paper, 14 financial holding companies in Taiwan are selected as observation samples. From the perspective of business integration, this paper puts forward two management and control modes of business complex and integrated multiple access, and makes a comparative analysis of them.
