“邯銀微貸”批量化作業(yè)金融產(chǎn)品設(shè)計

【摘要】:隨著我國市場經(jīng)濟體制的進一步完善以及國家政策的鼓勵,小微企業(yè)作為一支后起之秀,近年來無論在數(shù)量上還是在質(zhì)量上都有了很大提高,在我國市場經(jīng)濟中發(fā)揮的作用也越來越大,成為了我國經(jīng)濟結(jié)構(gòu)的一個重要組成部分。但是長久以來,一方面小微企業(yè)由于發(fā)展的需要有著很強的金融服務(wù)需求,另一方面卻由于自身規(guī)模小、資產(chǎn)少、擔(dān)保弱等特點又很難從正規(guī)金融機構(gòu)貸到資金,即使能夠貸到資金,也往往要付出比大中型企業(yè)高出幾倍的利息成本和更加繁瑣嚴苛的審批手續(xù),這就使得很多利潤率不高和對資金需求急切的小微企業(yè)對銀行貸款望而卻步。從商業(yè)銀行的角度來說,傳統(tǒng)小微信貸技術(shù)由于貸款金額小,成本高,收益難以覆蓋風(fēng)險而不具備可持續(xù)性。因此,小微企業(yè)融資難問題成為近年來普遍關(guān)注的焦點問題,尤其是金融危機爆發(fā)以來,我國宏觀經(jīng)濟面臨下行壓力,對外貿(mào)易疲軟,勞動力成本及原材料成本卻持續(xù)上漲,小微企業(yè)普遍面臨資金短缺的困境。與此同時,隨著我國金融市場改革的不斷深入和金融脫媒趨勢的不斷加強,我國銀行業(yè)傳統(tǒng)市場利潤空間日益收縮,只能紛紛將渠道下沉,小微企業(yè)逐漸成為各家商業(yè)銀行角逐的主戰(zhàn)場,探索適合自身情況、可持續(xù)發(fā)展的小微信貸技術(shù)成為當(dāng)前商業(yè)銀行亟待解決的問題。 在這場新的戰(zhàn)場上,城商行發(fā)揮自身優(yōu)勢,利用自身決策鏈條短、貼近小微企業(yè)的特點,紛紛發(fā)力,開發(fā)出針對小微企業(yè)的微貸業(yè)務(wù)模式和創(chuàng)新產(chǎn)品。目前在微貸實際業(yè)務(wù)當(dāng)中主要有兩種操作模式,一種是一對一的單戶營銷模式,另一種是商業(yè)銀行亟待探討和建立的批量化開發(fā)模式。前者操作模式在微貸業(yè)務(wù)開始初期對于客戶經(jīng)理的鍛煉和營銷終端的建立都是必要的,但隨著業(yè)務(wù)規(guī)模的擴大,該操作模式成本高、效率低等弊端大大限制了微貸業(yè)務(wù)的進一步做大做強。所以,批量化操作成為具備一定微貸業(yè)務(wù)基礎(chǔ)的城商行一致選擇,也是微貸業(yè)務(wù)未來發(fā)展的趨勢。 邯鄲銀行自2011年初與德國IPC公司就小微貸款進行項目合作以來,兩年多的時間取得了很大的成績,隨著業(yè)務(wù)的逐漸增多以及團隊規(guī)模的日益增大,一對一的傳統(tǒng)作業(yè)模式已經(jīng)不能滿足當(dāng)前的業(yè)務(wù)需求,在已經(jīng)培養(yǎng)出一批專業(yè)技能成熟的客戶經(jīng)理,建立起一定的品牌知名度和擁有大量小微終端客戶之后,邯鄲銀行微貸業(yè)務(wù)批量化作業(yè)的條件已經(jīng)初步具備,在此基礎(chǔ)之上,設(shè)計與批量化作業(yè)相適應(yīng)的金融產(chǎn)品就成為邯鄲銀行微貸中心目前亟待解決的問題。本文的選題目的就是將相關(guān)微貸業(yè)務(wù)理論與邯鄲銀行微貸業(yè)務(wù)實際情況相結(jié)合,設(shè)計出適合邯鄲銀行自身情況的可批量化作業(yè)微貸金融創(chuàng)新產(chǎn)品,以期提高邯鄲銀行微貸業(yè)務(wù)的市場競爭力和經(jīng)濟效益,為廣大小微客戶提供更加便捷和成本更低的金融服務(wù),同時對區(qū)域性中小城商行微貸業(yè)務(wù)相關(guān)理論完善也是一種有益探索。

From the perspective of commercial banks, the traditional small-micro-credit technology is not sustainable because the loan amount is small, the cost is high, and the income is difficult to cover the risk. Therefore, the difficulty of the financing of the small-sized enterprises has become the focus of the general attention in recent years, especially since the financial crisis, the macro-economy of our country faces downward pressure, the foreign trade is weak, the labor cost and the raw material cost continue to rise, Small and micro-enterprises generally face the plight of the shortage of funds. At the same time, with the deepening of the reform of the financial market in our country and the strengthening of the trend of the financial demergence, the profit space of the traditional Chinese banking market is shrinking, and the channel can only be sunk, and the small micro-enterprise gradually becomes the main battlefield for every commercial bank to compete. The small micro-credit technology, which is suitable for its own situation and sustainable development, has become an urgent problem to be solved in the current commercial bank. In this new field, the city business has its own advantages, its own decision-making chain is short, close to the characteristics of the small micro-enterprise, the force is developed, and the micro-loan business model and the innovative production for the small micro-enterprise are developed. At present, there are two modes of operation in the actual business of the micro-loan, one is one-to-one single-account marketing mode, and the other is the batch development model that the commercial bank needs to explore and establish. The former mode of operation is necessary for the exercise of the account manager and the establishment of the marketing terminal at the beginning of the beginning of the micro-loan business, but with the expansion of the business scale, the cost of the operation mode is high and the efficiency is low, so that the micro-loan business can be further It is also the trend of the future development of the micro-loan business.
