【摘要】：作為國(guó)際智力回流的主體,海外留學(xué)歸國(guó)人員是一國(guó)技術(shù)進(jìn)步的重要力量,而一國(guó)金融市場(chǎng)發(fā)展水平是影響其國(guó)內(nèi)海歸技術(shù)溢出狀況的重要因素。本文以1985年～2008年國(guó)家層面數(shù)據(jù)的實(shí)證研究表明:中國(guó)金融市場(chǎng)對(duì)海歸技術(shù)溢出的積極作用開始顯現(xiàn),但是由于我國(guó)金融市場(chǎng)發(fā)展水平不高,金融市場(chǎng)體系不盡完善,不能為海歸技術(shù)溢出效應(yīng)的充分發(fā)揮提供有效的金融支持。
[Abstract]:As the main body of the international intellectual return, the returned overseas students are an important force in the technological progress of a country, and the development level of a country's financial market is an important factor affecting the technological spillover situation of its domestic returnees. Based on the empirical data from 1985 to 2008 at the national level, this paper shows that the positive effect of Chinese financial market on technology spillover of overseas returnees is beginning to appear, but the financial market system is not perfect because of the low level of development of financial market in China. It can not provide effective financial support for the full exertion of technology spillover effect of sea return.
