我國商業(yè)銀行文化建設(shè)研究

【摘要】:企業(yè)文化是企業(yè)在長期發(fā)展中積淀、被員工廣泛認(rèn)同和遵循的核心價值。企業(yè)文化在增強(qiáng)員工凝聚力,提高企業(yè)競爭力,促進(jìn)企業(yè)發(fā)展中有著極其重要的作用。我國商業(yè)銀行作為現(xiàn)代金融服務(wù)企業(yè),在支持經(jīng)濟(jì)建設(shè)、服務(wù)百姓民生等方面發(fā)揮著越來越重要的作用,特別是伴隨我國商業(yè)銀行的發(fā)展歷程,獨具特色的商業(yè)銀行文化逐步形成并日趨完善,成為商業(yè)銀行參與市場競爭、提高經(jīng)營管理水平的“軟實力”。因此,構(gòu)建具有鮮明特征的商業(yè)銀行文化體系,既是商業(yè)銀行適應(yīng)形勢變化、提升競爭實力的客觀需要,也是其未來可持續(xù)發(fā)展的戰(zhàn)略選擇。只有重視文化建設(shè),加強(qiáng)文化建設(shè),創(chuàng)新文化建設(shè),才能不斷增強(qiáng)員工凝聚力,文化建設(shè)成果才能轉(zhuǎn)化為促進(jìn)商業(yè)銀行發(fā)展的內(nèi)生動力。 首先,,論文從商業(yè)銀行的文化內(nèi)涵、基本內(nèi)容和主要功能入手,指出了我國商業(yè)銀行文化建設(shè)是一個漫長的過程,它伴隨著商業(yè)銀行的發(fā)展壯大一路走來。縱觀我國商業(yè)銀行的發(fā)展歷程,既是一個不斷改進(jìn)服務(wù)、提升綜合效益的過程,也是一個不斷加強(qiáng)文化建設(shè)、形成文化特色的過程。目前,一批凝結(jié)著現(xiàn)代價值理念和人文精神的商業(yè)銀行文化建設(shè)已形成品牌,并逐漸深入人心,這對商業(yè)銀行擴(kuò)大社會知名度、形成市場競爭力,無疑都有著積極的促進(jìn)作用。由此,揭示了商業(yè)銀行文化建設(shè)的重要性和必要性。其次,論文探討了商業(yè)銀行文化與競爭力的關(guān)系,從文化建設(shè)是提升商業(yè)銀行核心競爭力的有效途徑、重要基礎(chǔ)和前提條件等三個方面,闡明了文化建設(shè)在提升商業(yè)銀行競爭力方面的作用。進(jìn)一步明確了商業(yè)銀行文化是現(xiàn)代商業(yè)銀行的核心競爭力之一。第三,將文化建設(shè)置于商業(yè)銀行發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略的高度,闡明了構(gòu)建先進(jìn)的商業(yè)銀行文化體系,是商業(yè)銀行未來可持續(xù)發(fā)展的重要戰(zhàn)略和必然選擇。在戰(zhàn)略框架下,提出了商業(yè)銀行文化建設(shè)的主要任務(wù)和目標(biāo)。指出只有加快轉(zhuǎn)型發(fā)展、創(chuàng)新驅(qū)動和文化建設(shè)步伐,將我國商業(yè)銀行打造成為文化特色鮮明、核心競爭優(yōu)勢明顯的現(xiàn)代金融服務(wù)企業(yè)(集團(tuán)),才能適應(yīng)金融全球化、市場化、信息化、多樣化競爭和未來發(fā)展的新形勢。 論文緊密聯(lián)系實際,根據(jù)前期調(diào)研所掌握的資料,以目前我國商業(yè)銀行文化建設(shè)個案為重點,對商業(yè)銀行文化建設(shè)現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行了深入分析,提出了商業(yè)銀行文化建設(shè)的總體思路,歸納了文化建設(shè)應(yīng)高度關(guān)注的四個方面的問題,總結(jié)了打造一流商業(yè)銀行文化體系的有效路徑,并在操作層面就實現(xiàn)的具體措施、方法等提出了自己的見解。
[Abstract]:Corporate culture is the core value that is widely recognized and followed by employees. Corporate culture plays an extremely important role in enhancing the cohesion of employees, improving the competitiveness of enterprises and promoting the development of enterprises. As a modern financial service enterprise, Chinese commercial banks play a more and more important role in supporting economic construction and serving the people's livelihood, especially with the development of our commercial banks. The unique culture of commercial banks is gradually formed and perfected gradually, which becomes the "soft power" for commercial banks to participate in market competition and improve the level of operation and management. Therefore, it is not only the objective need for commercial banks to adapt to the changes of the situation and enhance their competitive strength, but also the strategic choice for their sustainable development in the future. Only by attaching importance to cultural construction, strengthening cultural construction and innovating cultural construction, can the cohesion of staff be continuously strengthened, and the achievements of cultural construction can be transformed into the endogenous motive force to promote the development of commercial banks. First of all, the paper points out that the cultural construction of commercial banks in China is a long process from the cultural connotation, basic content and main functions of commercial banks, which is accompanied by the development and growth of commercial banks all the way. Throughout the development of commercial banks in China, it is not only a process of continuous improvement of service and comprehensive benefits, but also a process of strengthening cultural construction and forming cultural characteristics. At present, a batch of commercial bank culture construction which condenses the modern value idea and the humanities spirit has already formed the brand, and gradually has deeply rooted in the people, which has the positive promotion function to the commercial bank to expand the social popularity, forms the market competition ability, undoubtedly has the positive promotion function. Therefore, it reveals the importance and necessity of cultural construction of commercial banks. Secondly, the paper discusses the relationship between culture and competitiveness of commercial banks, from three aspects: cultural construction is an effective way to enhance the core competitiveness of commercial banks, important foundation and preconditions. This paper expounds the role of cultural construction in enhancing the competitiveness of commercial banks. It further clarifies that the culture of commercial banks is one of the core competitiveness of modern commercial banks. Thirdly, it is an important strategy and inevitable choice for commercial banks to construct advanced commercial bank culture system in the future by placing cultural construction on the height of commercial bank's development strategy. Under the strategic framework, the main task and goal of the cultural construction of commercial banks are put forward. It is pointed out that only by speeding up the transformation and development, driving innovation and cultural construction, and making Chinese commercial banks into modern financial service enterprises (groups) with distinct cultural characteristics and obvious core competitive advantages, can they adapt to financial globalization and marketization.
