【摘要】:當(dāng)前,隨著我國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)的高速發(fā)展,銀行業(yè)已經(jīng)發(fā)展到了一個(gè)很高的水平,各大國(guó)有銀行和大型商業(yè)銀行林立于全國(guó)各地,農(nóng)村商業(yè)銀行以及農(nóng)村信用社更是密布于地方縣市。在中國(guó)加入WTO以后,金融市場(chǎng)全面開放,銀行業(yè)監(jiān)管政策不斷完善,銀行業(yè)的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)也在不斷加深,處于銀行業(yè)系統(tǒng)底層的農(nóng)村商業(yè)銀行迫于競(jìng)爭(zhēng)壓力也為了自己更好地生存、發(fā)展,紛紛制定了自己的發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略規(guī)劃。 延邊農(nóng)村商業(yè)銀行出身于農(nóng)村信用聯(lián)社,發(fā)展壯大于農(nóng)村合作銀行階段,并于2011年11月正式改制成為農(nóng)村商業(yè)銀行。目前,延邊農(nóng)村商業(yè)銀行正處于一個(gè)發(fā)展的新階段,急切需要制定適應(yīng)自身的發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略。本文將延邊農(nóng)村商業(yè)銀行作為研究藍(lán)本,綜合戰(zhàn)略管理相關(guān)理論,并采用SWOT分析法、五力分析法對(duì)其在未來(lái)一段時(shí)間的戰(zhàn)略規(guī)劃進(jìn)行了簡(jiǎn)略的研究。本篇論文的結(jié)構(gòu)是:首先,對(duì)戰(zhàn)略管理的發(fā)展過(guò)程和含義做了簡(jiǎn)略的闡述,并介紹了商業(yè)銀行戰(zhàn)略規(guī)劃的制定和管理過(guò)程;然后,介紹了延邊農(nóng)村商業(yè)銀行的發(fā)展歷程、組織構(gòu)架、員工結(jié)構(gòu)和經(jīng)營(yíng)狀況;谘舆呣r(nóng)村商業(yè)銀行的市場(chǎng)定位和發(fā)展方向,本文采用SWOT分析方法和五力分析法,重點(diǎn)分析延邊農(nóng)村商業(yè)銀行的發(fā)展環(huán)境和定位、發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀、發(fā)展優(yōu)勢(shì)和劣勢(shì)并與延邊州銀行業(yè)市場(chǎng)的其他競(jìng)爭(zhēng)者進(jìn)行了對(duì)比分析;最后提出延邊農(nóng)村商業(yè)銀行應(yīng)采取的戰(zhàn)導(dǎo)向應(yīng)該是:立足三農(nóng),保持基礎(chǔ)優(yōu)勢(shì);提高服務(wù)質(zhì)量,大力發(fā)展中小企業(yè)客戶;發(fā)揚(yáng)企業(yè)文化,建立品牌形象;與時(shí)俱進(jìn),推進(jìn)電子銀行業(yè)務(wù);開展投行業(yè)務(wù),著力跨區(qū)域發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:At present, with the rapid development of China's economic development, the banking industry has developed to a high level. The large state-owned banks and large commercial banks stand in all parts of the country. The rural commercial banks and the rural credit cooperatives are densely distributed in the local counties and cities. After China's entry into the WTO, the financial market is fully open, and the banking regulatory policy is continuous. Perfect, the competition of the banking industry is deepening, and the rural commercial banks in the bottom of the banking system are under the pressure of competition to survive and develop their own development strategy plan.
The Rural Commercial Bank of Yanbian is born in the rural credit association, the development of Zhuang Zhuang is more than the rural cooperative bank stage, and formally changed into the rural commercial bank in November 2011. At present, the Rural Commercial Bank of Yanbian is in a new stage of development. It is urgently needed to formulate the development strategy to adapt itself. This paper will take the Rural Commercial Bank of Yanbian as a commercial bank. This paper makes a brief study of its strategic planning in the future for a period of time. The structure of this paper is as follows: first, the development process and meaning of strategic management are briefly described, and the formulation and management of the strategic planning of commercial banks is introduced. Then, it introduces the development process, organization structure, staff structure and management status of Yanbian rural commercial bank. Based on the market orientation and development direction of Yanbian rural commercial bank, this paper adopts the SWOT analysis method and five force analysis method to analyze the development environment and positioning of the rural commercial banks in Yanbian, the development status, and the development of the advantages. The trend and disadvantage are compared with the other competitors of the Yanbian banking market. Finally, it is suggested that the guidance of the Yanbian rural commercial banks should be based on the three agriculture, maintaining the basic advantages, improving the service quality, developing the customers of the small and medium enterprises, developing the enterprise culture and establishing the brand image; advancing with the times and advancing Electronic banking business, investment banking business, focus on cross regional development.
