延邊農(nóng)村商業(yè)銀行發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略研究

【摘要】:當(dāng)前,隨著我國經(jīng)濟發(fā)的高速發(fā)展,銀行業(yè)已經(jīng)發(fā)展到了一個很高的水平,各大國有銀行和大型商業(yè)銀行林立于全國各地,農(nóng)村商業(yè)銀行以及農(nóng)村信用社更是密布于地方縣市。在中國加入WTO以后,金融市場全面開放,銀行業(yè)監(jiān)管政策不斷完善,銀行業(yè)的競爭也在不斷加深,處于銀行業(yè)系統(tǒng)底層的農(nóng)村商業(yè)銀行迫于競爭壓力也為了自己更好地生存、發(fā)展,紛紛制定了自己的發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略規(guī)劃。 延邊農(nóng)村商業(yè)銀行出身于農(nóng)村信用聯(lián)社,發(fā)展壯大于農(nóng)村合作銀行階段,并于2011年11月正式改制成為農(nóng)村商業(yè)銀行。目前,延邊農(nóng)村商業(yè)銀行正處于一個發(fā)展的新階段,急切需要制定適應(yīng)自身的發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略。本文將延邊農(nóng)村商業(yè)銀行作為研究藍本,綜合戰(zhàn)略管理相關(guān)理論,并采用SWOT分析法、五力分析法對其在未來一段時間的戰(zhàn)略規(guī)劃進行了簡略的研究。本篇論文的結(jié)構(gòu)是:首先,對戰(zhàn)略管理的發(fā)展過程和含義做了簡略的闡述,并介紹了商業(yè)銀行戰(zhàn)略規(guī)劃的制定和管理過程;然后,介紹了延邊農(nóng)村商業(yè)銀行的發(fā)展歷程、組織構(gòu)架、員工結(jié)構(gòu)和經(jīng)營狀況;谘舆呣r(nóng)村商業(yè)銀行的市場定位和發(fā)展方向,本文采用SWOT分析方法和五力分析法,重點分析延邊農(nóng)村商業(yè)銀行的發(fā)展環(huán)境和定位、發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀、發(fā)展優(yōu)勢和劣勢并與延邊州銀行業(yè)市場的其他競爭者進行了對比分析;最后提出延邊農(nóng)村商業(yè)銀行應(yīng)采取的戰(zhàn)導(dǎo)向應(yīng)該是:立足三農(nóng),保持基礎(chǔ)優(yōu)勢;提高服務(wù)質(zhì)量,大力發(fā)展中小企業(yè)客戶;發(fā)揚企業(yè)文化,建立品牌形象;與時俱進,推進電子銀行業(yè)務(wù);開展投行業(yè)務(wù),著力跨區(qū)域發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:At present, with the rapid development of China's economy, the banking industry has developed to a very high level, the major state-owned banks and large commercial banks are all over the country, rural commercial banks and rural credit cooperatives are even more densely distributed in local counties and cities. After China's entry into the WTO, the financial market is fully open, the banking regulatory policy is constantly improving, and the competition of the banking industry is deepening. The rural commercial banks at the bottom of the banking system are forced to survive in order to survive better under the pressure of competition. Development, have formulated their own development strategy plan. Yanbian Rural Commercial Bank came from the Rural Credit Union, developed in the stage of Rural Cooperative Bank, and became a rural commercial bank in November 2011. At present, Yanbian Rural Commercial Bank is in a new stage of development. In this paper, Yanbian Rural Commercial Bank is taken as the research blueprint, comprehensive strategic management theory, and SWOT analysis method, five-force analysis method to its strategic planning for a period of time for a brief study. The structure of this paper is as follows: first, the development process and meaning of strategic management are briefly described, and the formulation and management process of the strategic planning of commercial banks are introduced; then, the development process of rural commercial banks in Yanbian is introduced. Organizational structure, employee structure and operating status. Based on the market orientation and development direction of Yanbian rural commercial bank, this paper uses SWOT analysis method and five-force analysis method to analyze the development environment, position and current situation of Yanbian rural commercial bank. Finally, the paper puts forward that the war orientation of Yanbian rural commercial bank should be: based on agriculture, rural areas and farmers, maintaining basic advantages, improving service quality, developing advantages and disadvantages, and comparing them with other competitors in Yanbian state banking market. Vigorously develop small and medium-sized enterprise customers; carry forward corporate culture, establish brand image; keep pace with the times, promote electronic banking business; carry out investment banking business, focus on cross-regional development.
