【摘要】：基于自愿性內部控制鑒證報告,以滬深主板A股非金融類上市公司為研究樣本,檢驗在中國資本市場信息披露環(huán)境下投資者是否對上市公司自愿性內部控制鑒證行為進行定價,并針對自愿披露正面內部控制鑒證信息的上市公司進一步探討自愿性內部控制鑒證對權益資本成本的影響是否存在審計師聲譽效應。研究發(fā)現(xiàn):上市公司自愿性內部控制鑒證信息能夠發(fā)揮信號功能,顯著降低其權益資本成本,而審計師聲譽在一定程度上為該信息質量提供了保證。
[Abstract]:Based on the voluntary internal control authentication report, taking the A-share non-financial listed companies on the Shanghai and Shenzhen motherboard as the research samples, this paper tests whether the investors price the voluntary internal control authentication behavior of the listed companies under the environment of information disclosure in the Chinese capital market. And for the listed companies that voluntarily disclose the positive internal control authentication information, we further discuss whether there exists the auditor reputation effect on the cost of equity capital of voluntary internal control authentication. It is found that voluntary internal control authentication information of listed companies can play a signalling function and significantly reduce the cost of equity capital, while auditor reputation can guarantee the quality of the information to a certain extent.
