基于IT的小額貸款管理公司業(yè)務(wù)流程優(yōu)化研究

【摘要】:本文作者立足于實(shí)習(xí)公司Z的第一手資料,通過文獻(xiàn)查閱和整理,歸納了業(yè)務(wù)流程優(yōu)化和IT的相關(guān)理論,結(jié)合Z公司業(yè)務(wù)流程現(xiàn)狀和企業(yè)發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略,構(gòu)建了基于IT的業(yè)務(wù)流程優(yōu)化實(shí)施模型。該模型從信息處理、自動(dòng)化處理、精細(xì)化管理及并行機(jī)制四個(gè)方面對業(yè)務(wù)流程各環(huán)節(jié)進(jìn)行分析,為流程的診斷及優(yōu)化提供支持;然后,采用系統(tǒng)化改造法按照模型的4個(gè)方面對其進(jìn)行業(yè)務(wù)流程優(yōu)化,并運(yùn)用平衡計(jì)分卡原理及模糊綜合評(píng)價(jià)的方法對業(yè)務(wù)流程優(yōu)化實(shí)施效果進(jìn)行評(píng)價(jià);最后,對研究結(jié)果進(jìn)行總結(jié),基于IT的研究方案在Z公司得到了成功應(yīng)用,在提高審批效率、客戶的滿意度及貸款質(zhì)量等方面達(dá)到了預(yù)期的目標(biāo),同時(shí)也為更深層次的研究打下了基礎(chǔ)。 本文研究結(jié)論如下: 1、IT為業(yè)務(wù)流程優(yōu)化提供必要支持,業(yè)務(wù)流程優(yōu)化必須要重點(diǎn)考慮IT; 2、從IT對業(yè)務(wù)流程優(yōu)化支持作用的角度來構(gòu)建基于IT的業(yè)務(wù)流程優(yōu)化實(shí)施模型,成功應(yīng)用于小額貸款公司; 3、對于小額貸款公司業(yè)務(wù)流程優(yōu)化而言,貸款審批流程的優(yōu)化是重中之重,直接關(guān)系到其綜合競爭力的提升。
[Abstract]:Based on the first hand information of Z in the internship company, the author sums up the related theory of business process optimization and IT through literature review and collation, and constructs a IT based optimization implementation model based on the business process status and enterprise development strategy of Z company. This model is from information processing, automation, fine management and parallel. Four aspects of the mechanism are analyzed to provide support for the diagnosis and optimization of the process. Then, the systematic transformation method is used to optimize the business process according to the 4 aspects of the model, and the effect of the business process optimization is evaluated by using the Balanced Scorecard Principle and the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method. Finally, The research results are summarized, and the research program based on IT has been successfully applied in Z company. It has achieved the expected goal in improving the efficiency of examination and approval, customer satisfaction and quality of loans, and also laid the foundation for deeper research.
The conclusions of this study are as follows:
1, IT to provide the necessary support for business process optimization, business process optimization must focus on IT;
2, from the IT business process optimization of supportive angle to construct the implementation model of business process optimization based on IT, successfully applied to small loan companies;
3, for small loan companies, business process optimization, optimize the loan approval process is the priority among priorities, is directly related to its comprehensive competitiveness.
