【摘要】：近幾年來，特別是“走出去”戰(zhàn)略提出以后，我國企業(yè)的對外直接投資迅速發(fā)展。對外直接投資與出口是一國企業(yè)進(jìn)入國際市場的兩種主要途徑，因此對外直接投資對母國出口可能產(chǎn)生的替代作用使得對外直接投資與母國出口之間的關(guān)系成為人們關(guān)注的一個熱點問題。我國對外直接投資與出口之間是相互替代關(guān)系還是相互補(bǔ)充關(guān)系?對外直接投資對我國出口的發(fā)展乃至整個國民經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展有何重要意義?在以往的大量中外文獻(xiàn)中，我們發(fā)現(xiàn)對外直接投資對母國出口的補(bǔ)充作用一般大于它對母國出口的替代作用。本文通過對我國對外直接投資與出口之間進(jìn)行理論及實證分析，證實這一結(jié)論同樣適合于中國。我國的對外直接投資非但沒有替代出口，而且還對擴(kuò)大我國出口規(guī)模、改善出口結(jié)構(gòu)、提高出口競爭力做出了積極貢獻(xiàn)。對外直接投資產(chǎn)生的出口創(chuàng)造效果使使中間產(chǎn)品、資本品等成為新的出口增長點，從而使它得以拉動我國出口貿(mào)易的增長。我國對亞洲地區(qū)和其他一些不發(fā)達(dá)地區(qū)的投資對出口的帶動作用尤其大，而對發(fā)達(dá)國家的投資對出口的帶動作用相對較小，這是由于企業(yè)的發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略以及投資所屬的行業(yè)不同造成的。目前，我國以低成本擴(kuò)張為主要特征的出口貿(mào)易面臨諸多內(nèi)部問題和外部問題，依靠傳統(tǒng)方式實現(xiàn)我國出口的進(jìn)一步發(fā)展困難重重，在這種形勢下，，理清對外直接投資與出口的關(guān)系，及時制定協(xié)調(diào)的貿(mào)易政策與對外直接投資政策對于推動我國出口貿(mào)易的可持續(xù)發(fā)展具有重要意義。 本文共分為五個部分：第一部分，即導(dǎo)論部分。從我國對外直接投資迅速發(fā)展和出口貿(mào)易面臨諸多問題這兩大現(xiàn)象出發(fā)，提出研究的基本問題及理論和現(xiàn)實意義，明確論文研究的基本方法，并從總體上對本項研究進(jìn)行初步設(shè)計，提出研究的基本思路。第二部分，理論及實證研究回顧。主要介紹對外直接投資與母國出口關(guān)系的相關(guān)理論與實證研究，包括蒙代爾的貿(mào)易與投資相互替代模型、產(chǎn)品生命周期理論、小島清模型等；第三部分，對外直接投資與出口：一般路徑與國際經(jīng)驗。這一部分首先按部門探討對外直接投資與母國出口的關(guān)系，然后說明在全球一體化生產(chǎn)條件下對外直接投資與出口之間關(guān)系的變化；第四部分，中國對外直接投資的出口效應(yīng)分析。這一部分首先介紹了中國對外直接投資的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀，然后分別從理論和實證兩個方面分析中國對外直接投資對出口的影響；第五
[Abstract]:In recent years, especially after the "going out" strategy was put forward, the foreign direct investment of Chinese enterprises developed rapidly. Foreign direct investment and export are the two main ways for a country's enterprises to enter the international market. As a result, the relationship between FDI and HCI has become a hot issue that people pay attention to because of the possible substitution effect of OFDI on home country's exports. Is the relationship between China's foreign direct investment and exports a substitute or a complementary one? What is the significance of foreign direct investment to the development of China's exports and the development of the national economy as a whole? In the past, we found that the supplement effect of foreign direct investment to home country's export is bigger than its substitution function to home country's export. Through the theoretical and empirical analysis of China's foreign direct investment and export, this paper proves that this conclusion is also suitable for China. China's foreign direct investment (FDI) has not only not replaced exports, but also has made positive contributions to the expansion of China's export scale, the improvement of export structure and the enhancement of export competitiveness. The export creation effect of foreign direct investment makes intermediate products and capital goods become new export growth point, thus makes it possible to stimulate the growth of China's export trade. China's investment in Asia and some other underdeveloped regions has played a particularly important role in promoting exports, while that in developed countries has been relatively small. This is due to the development strategy of the enterprise and investment belong to the industry caused by different. At present, China's export trade, which is characterized by low-cost expansion, faces many internal and external problems, and it is difficult to realize the further development of China's exports by traditional means. It is of great significance to clarify the relationship between foreign direct investment and export and to formulate coordinated trade policy and foreign direct investment policy in time to promote the sustainable development of China's export trade. This paper is divided into five parts: the first part, the introduction part. Starting from the rapid development of China's foreign direct investment and the many problems faced by export trade, this paper puts forward the basic problems and theoretical and practical significance of the research, and clarifies the basic methods of the thesis research. At the same time, the preliminary design of this research is carried out, and the basic ideas of the research are put forward. The second part, the review of theoretical and empirical research. It mainly introduces the related theories and empirical studies on the relationship between FDI and home country's export, including Mondale's model of trade and investment mutual substitution, product life cycle theory, Kojima model and so on. Foreign Direct Investment and Export: general path and International experience. This part first explores the relationship between OFDI and home country exports by sector, and then explains the changes in the relationship between OFDI and exports in the context of globally integrated production; part IV, Export effect Analysis of China's Foreign Direct Investment (OFDI). This part first introduces the development of China's foreign direct investment, and then analyzes the impact of China's foreign direct investment on exports from both theoretical and empirical aspects;
