【摘要】：近年來(lái),人民幣以其穩(wěn)定的幣值和我國(guó)的強(qiáng)大的綜合國(guó)力為后盾,在國(guó)際市場(chǎng)上流通的范圍和規(guī)模不斷擴(kuò)大,自2009年人民幣跨境交易業(yè)務(wù)逐步開(kāi)展,人民幣境外存量規(guī)模進(jìn)一步擴(kuò)大。人民幣跨境流通的最大動(dòng)因是滿足實(shí)物經(jīng)濟(jì)貿(mào)易和金融活動(dòng)中對(duì)人民幣的需求,是市場(chǎng)和宏觀政策共同導(dǎo)致的結(jié)果。這一現(xiàn)象的存在對(duì)我國(guó)宏觀經(jīng)濟(jì)調(diào)控和貨幣政策的制定和實(shí)施會(huì)產(chǎn)生重要影響。對(duì)人民幣跨境流通的研究,對(duì)了解國(guó)際貨幣市場(chǎng)場(chǎng)的流通狀況、掌握人民幣國(guó)際地位、關(guān)注央行宏觀政策制定實(shí)施情況等各方面都至關(guān)重要。所以本文研究人民幣跨境流通對(duì)我國(guó)貨幣政策獨(dú)立性的影響具有重要的理論和現(xiàn)實(shí)意義。 本文首先對(duì)人民幣跨境流通及渠道進(jìn)行分析,并在此基礎(chǔ)上理論分析人民幣跨境流通對(duì)我國(guó)貨幣政策獨(dú)立性的影響,然后采用間接估算法間接測(cè)算出2006年第1季度到2013年第4季度的人民幣跨境流通規(guī)模,運(yùn)用VAR模型實(shí)證研究人民幣跨境流通對(duì)我國(guó)貨幣政策獨(dú)立性的影響。結(jié)果顯示,人民幣境外存量受人民幣跨境交易的影響在波動(dòng)中穩(wěn)步上升,其變動(dòng)對(duì)我國(guó)貨幣政策獨(dú)立性產(chǎn)生影響,但目前影響并不十分顯著,最后對(duì)我國(guó)人民幣跨境流通監(jiān)管和拓寬人民幣跨境流出入渠道以及提高我國(guó)貨幣政策獨(dú)立性給出相應(yīng)的政策建議。
[Abstract]:In recent years, the RMB, backed by its stable currency value and our country's strong comprehensive national strength, has continuously expanded the scope and scale of circulation in the international market. Since 2009, the cross-border transactions of RMB have been gradually carried out. The scale of RMB stock outside China was further expanded. The biggest motivation of RMB cross-border circulation is to meet the demand for RMB in physical economy, trade and financial activities, which is the result of both market and macro policy. The existence of this phenomenon will have an important impact on the formulation and implementation of macroeconomic regulation and monetary policy in China. The research on the cross-border circulation of RMB is very important to understand the circulation situation of the international money market, to grasp the international status of RMB, and to pay attention to the implementation of the central bank's macro policy. Therefore, this paper has important theoretical and practical significance to study the influence of RMB cross-border circulation on the independence of monetary policy in China. This paper first analyzes the cross-border circulation of RMB and its channels, and then theoretically analyzes the influence of cross-border circulation of RMB on the independence of monetary policy in China. Then, the scale of RMB cross-border circulation from the first quarter of 2006 to the fourth quarter of 2013 is estimated indirectly by indirect estimation method, and the influence of cross-border circulation of RMB on the independence of monetary policy in China is studied empirically by using VAR model. The results show that the stock of RMB outside China is rising steadily under the influence of RMB cross-border transactions, and its changes have an impact on the independence of monetary policy in China, but the impact is not very significant at present. Finally, some policy suggestions are given to supervise the cross-border circulation of RMB, widen the channel of cross-border outflow of RMB, and improve the independence of monetary policy in China.
