【摘要】：伴隨著中國企業(yè)全球戰(zhàn)略的不斷推進(jìn)和跨國并購的風(fēng)生水起,中國跨國公司在進(jìn)行海外投資時(shí)越來越多地遇到國際投資保護(hù)主義,海外并購失敗的案例層出不窮,不僅企業(yè)利益受損、戰(zhàn)略受阻,而且國家形象和國際經(jīng)貿(mào)關(guān)系也受到負(fù)面影響。如何在國際投資保護(hù)主義不斷發(fā)酵升級的背景下主動(dòng)出擊,積極應(yīng)對,通過綠地新建或跨國并購成功實(shí)現(xiàn)全球戰(zhàn)略,是擺在我國企業(yè)和政府面前急需攻克的難題。
[Abstract]:With the continuous promotion of the global strategy of Chinese enterprises and the emergence of transnational mergers and acquisitions, more and more international investment protectionism is encountered by Chinese transnational corporations in carrying out overseas investment. The cases of failure of overseas mergers and acquisitions emerge in endlessly, not only the interests of the enterprises are damaged, the strategy is hindered, but the national image and the international economic and trade relations are also negative. It is a difficult problem for Chinese enterprises and government to take the initiative in the background of international investment protectionism and to achieve the global strategy successfully through new green space or transnational merger and acquisition.
