【摘要】:本文以中國民生銀行長春分行個人理財業(yè)務為研究對象,對其存在問題和主要對策進行了系統(tǒng)化的分析與研究。 文章首先點明了題目選擇的背景與研究方法,,較為詳細的闡述了個人理財業(yè)務的概念與國內理財業(yè)務發(fā)展歷程、個人理財?shù)囊饬x、個人理財服務的作用,為下面的研究做準備。隨后,以個人理財業(yè)務發(fā)展較為迅速的花旗銀行、工商銀行與招商銀行為例,對中外商業(yè)銀行個人理財業(yè)務的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀逐一進行分析。 文章的第四部分和第五部分作為全篇重點,對中國民生銀行長春分行個人理財業(yè)務現(xiàn)狀和存在的主要問題進行逐一分析并提出相應對策,其中,首先對中國民生銀行長春分行內外部環(huán)境進行分析,并針對存在問題從產(chǎn)品方面、人員方面、服務方面和營銷方面進行一一解答。本文的最后部分,進行全文的總結并提出未來的研究展望。 本文為股份制銀行發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略分析與設計提供了新的研究成果。
[Abstract]:This paper takes the personal finance business of Changchun Branch of China Minsheng Bank as the research object, and makes a systematic analysis and research on its existing problems and main countermeasures. Firstly, the paper points out the background and research method of topic selection, expounds in detail the concept of personal finance business, the development course of domestic financial management business, the significance of personal finance, the function of personal finance service, and prepares for the following research. Then, taking Citibank, ICBC and China Merchants Bank as an example, this paper analyzes the current situation of personal finance business of Chinese and foreign commercial banks one by one. The fourth and fifth parts of the article, as the focus of the whole article, analyze the current situation and main problems of personal finance business in Changchun Branch of Minsheng Bank of China one by one and put forward the corresponding countermeasures. Firstly, the paper analyzes the internal and external environment of Changchun branch of Minsheng Bank of China, and solves the problems from product, personnel, service and marketing. The last part of this paper summarizes the full text and puts forward the future research prospects. This paper provides new research results for the development strategy analysis and design of shareholding banks.
