【摘要】：金融自由化以來(lái),日本貨幣需求函數(shù)的構(gòu)成要素發(fā)生了顯著變化,而且很不穩(wěn)定,即使同一要素在不同歷史階段對(duì)貨幣需求的影響也有所差別。特別是資產(chǎn)價(jià)格的波動(dòng)通過(guò)誘使經(jīng)濟(jì)主體資產(chǎn)負(fù)債表發(fā)生變化,加劇了貨幣需求結(jié)構(gòu)的劇烈變動(dòng)。因此,從貨幣調(diào)控的角度來(lái)講,平抑資產(chǎn)價(jià)格必須綜合考慮貨幣供求兩個(gè)層面的變化,而不能單純依賴貨幣總量調(diào)控手段。
[Abstract]:Since the financial liberalization , the constituent elements of the Japanese currency demand function have changed significantly , and the effect of the same element on the money demand is different even in different historical stages . Especially , the fluctuation of the asset price increases the drastic fluctuation of the money demand structure . Therefore , from the angle of monetary regulation , the price of the flat - down assets must take into account the change of the two levels of the supply and demand of the money , and cannot rely solely on the monetary amount control means .
