【摘要】：改革開放以來,我國金融系統機制發(fā)生很大變化,先后出現了銀行、證券、保險、基金等多家金融機構,以及存款、債券、股票、基金、保險、信托等多種金融產品,金融產品的日益豐富使得個人和家庭的理財產品選擇更加多樣化。 隨著河北省老年人口的快速增長、養(yǎng)老金缺口的日益加大,河北省老年人開始通過最優(yōu)的儲蓄和其他理財工具的組合,在尋求安全性的同時,追求較大的理財收益；由于老年人不具備從事理財規(guī)劃的專業(yè)知識和信息優(yōu)勢,這就推動了河北省老年人養(yǎng)老理財規(guī)劃業(yè)務的發(fā)展。 本論文由五部分組成： 第一章,緒論。闡述了調研背景、調研目的和意義、調研的理論基礎和可能創(chuàng)新之處,并介紹了國內外以及河北省關于老年人養(yǎng)老理財規(guī)劃業(yè)務問題的發(fā)展動態(tài)。 第二章,介紹研究對象、研究思路與方法。對定性分析和定量分析做理論講解。 第三章,河北省石家莊市老年人養(yǎng)老理財規(guī)劃的現狀分析。主要是根據問卷調查結果進行分析,為第四章分析妨礙老年人養(yǎng)老理財規(guī)劃的因素做鋪墊。 第四章,在第三章的基礎上對妨礙老年人養(yǎng)老理財規(guī)劃的因素進行分析,同時分析存在的問題以及產生這種問題的原因。 第五章,為促進河北省老年人養(yǎng)老理財規(guī)劃業(yè)務發(fā)展提出針對性的建議和對策、同時借鑒國外發(fā)達國家的經驗,總結河北省養(yǎng)老理財規(guī)劃發(fā)展的一般規(guī)律。 本文主要通過問卷調查的方式了解河北省人口老齡化的現狀、一般家庭的養(yǎng)老方式、理財產品種類等,并對河北省老年人養(yǎng)老現狀進行深入的分析,同時,對比、學習、借鑒國外老年人理財規(guī)劃的理論經驗,探索河北省老年人理財規(guī)劃投資需求,總結理財規(guī)劃一般規(guī)律,為推動河北省通過老年人理財規(guī)劃養(yǎng)老獻計獻策,進而為解決河北省嚴峻的養(yǎng)老問題探索出一種新的方法。
[Abstract]:Since the reform and opening up, great changes have taken place in the mechanism of China's financial system. Many financial institutions, such as banks, securities, insurance, funds, deposits, bonds, stocks, funds, insurance, trusts, and so on, have emerged successively. The increasingly rich financial products make individuals and families more diversified choice of financial products. With the rapid growth of the elderly population and the increasing gap of pension in Hebei Province, the elderly in Hebei Province began to seek greater financial benefits through the combination of optimal savings and other financial tools. Because the elderly do not have the professional knowledge and information advantage in financial planning, this promotes the development of the old-age financial planning business in Hebei Province. This thesis consists of five parts: Chapter one, introduction. This paper expounds the research background, the purpose and significance of the investigation, the theoretical basis and the possible innovation of the investigation, and introduces the development trend of the business of the old-age financial planning for the elderly both at home and abroad and in Hebei Province. The second chapter, introduces the research object, the research thought and the method. The qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis are explained in theory. The third chapter, Hebei Shijiazhuang elderly pension planning analysis of the status quo. It is mainly based on the results of the questionnaire, for the fourth chapter to analyze the elderly pension planning factors. The fourth chapter, on the basis of the third chapter, analyzes the factors hindering the elderly pension planning, and analyzes the existing problems and the causes of these problems. The fifth chapter, in order to promote the development of old-age financial planning business in Hebei Province, put forward targeted suggestions and countermeasures, at the same time, draw lessons from the experience of foreign developed countries, summed up the general law of the development of pension planning in Hebei Province. This article mainly through the questionnaire survey way to understand Hebei Province population aging present situation, the general family old-age support way, the financial management product type and so on, and carries on the thorough analysis to the Hebei Province old age pension present situation, at the same time, compares, studies, Based on the experience of foreign countries, this paper explores the investment demand of financial planning for the elderly in Hebei Province, sums up the general rules of financial planning, and makes suggestions for promoting the pension planning of the elderly in Hebei Province. In order to solve the severe pension problems in Hebei Province to explore a new method.
