商業(yè)銀行信息化經(jīng)營(yíng)模式研究

【摘要】:隨著我國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)及金融體制改革步伐的加快,商業(yè)銀行的經(jīng)營(yíng)環(huán)境發(fā)生了重大而深刻的變化,金融同業(yè)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)日趨激烈,利率市場(chǎng)化改革、互聯(lián)網(wǎng)金融、信息技術(shù)的高速發(fā)展,都對(duì)商業(yè)銀行的傳統(tǒng)經(jīng)營(yíng)模式提出了嚴(yán)峻的挑戰(zhàn)。商業(yè)銀行迫切需要推進(jìn)業(yè)務(wù)模式和收入結(jié)構(gòu)轉(zhuǎn)型,實(shí)現(xiàn)從傳統(tǒng)的“資金中介”向“綜合金融服務(wù)提供商”的轉(zhuǎn)變,回歸服務(wù)本質(zhì)。在這樣的時(shí)代背景之下,金融業(yè)務(wù)和信息技術(shù)的緊密融合,已經(jīng)成為商業(yè)銀行打造核心競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力的重要途徑。商業(yè)銀行需要思考如何利用信息技術(shù)提升業(yè)務(wù)管理水平,增強(qiáng)業(yè)務(wù)創(chuàng)新能力,向客戶提供更優(yōu)質(zhì)的服務(wù)。 本文首先通過對(duì)美國(guó)、日本、中國(guó)臺(tái)灣、中國(guó)香港等經(jīng)濟(jì)體實(shí)際情況的分析,考察利率市場(chǎng)化對(duì)銀行業(yè)的影響,指出受利率市場(chǎng)化改革的沖擊,商業(yè)銀行的盈利、資產(chǎn)負(fù)債結(jié)構(gòu)、定價(jià)管理等方面都會(huì)受到影響。為緩解利率市場(chǎng)化帶來的盈利壓力,商業(yè)銀行會(huì)調(diào)整信貸結(jié)構(gòu),高風(fēng)險(xiǎn)資產(chǎn)占比提高,對(duì)商業(yè)銀行的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理能力提出新的挑戰(zhàn),提高風(fēng)險(xiǎn)識(shí)別能力,提升利率風(fēng)險(xiǎn)和流動(dòng)性風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理能力成為當(dāng)務(wù)之急。并對(duì)近年來迅速發(fā)展的互聯(lián)網(wǎng)金融進(jìn)行深入研究,指出商業(yè)銀行的客戶基礎(chǔ)面臨巨大沖擊,銀行被逐步邊緣化,低成本儲(chǔ)蓄存款大量流失,經(jīng)營(yíng)壓力進(jìn)一步加大,商業(yè)銀行迫切需要經(jīng)營(yíng)轉(zhuǎn)型。然后通過對(duì)桑坦德銀行和招商銀行的成功經(jīng)營(yíng)模式的歸納總結(jié),為商業(yè)銀行深入運(yùn)用信息技術(shù)推動(dòng)新型渠道建設(shè)、優(yōu)化業(yè)務(wù)流程、控制運(yùn)行成本、深化信息運(yùn)用能力、提高客戶粘度、提升全面風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理水平提供了建設(shè)思路。
[Abstract]:With the accelerated pace of economic and financial reform in China, the operating environment of commercial banks has undergone great and profound changes. The competition of the financial industry is becoming increasingly fierce. The reform of the interest rate market, the Internet Finance and the rapid development of information technology have put forward a severe challenge to the traditional mode of commercial banks. In order to promote the transformation of business model and income structure to realize the transformation from the traditional "fund intermediary" to "integrated financial service provider" and return to the essence of service, the close integration of financial services and information technology has become an important way for commercial banks to build core competitiveness. Think about how to use information technology to improve business management level, enhance business innovation ability, and provide better service to customers.
This paper first examines the impact of interest rate marketization on the banking industry through the analysis of the actual situation in the United States, Japan, Taiwan, China and Hongkong, and points out that the impact of the interest rate marketization reform, the profit of the commercial banks, the structure of assets and liabilities, the management of pricing and so on. Under pressure, commercial banks will adjust credit structure, increase the proportion of high risk assets, raise new challenges to the risk management ability of commercial banks, improve the ability of risk identification, improve the ability of interest rate risk and liquidity risk management, and study the rapid development of Internet Finance in recent years, and point out commercial banks. The customer base is facing huge impact, the bank is gradually marginalized, the low cost savings deposit is lost, the operation pressure is further increased. The commercial bank is urgently needed to manage the transformation. Then, through the summary of the successful operation mode of the Bank of Santander and China Merchants Bank, the new channel is used to promote the new channel for commercial banks to use information technology in depth. It provides a way of thinking for building, optimizing business process, controlling operation cost, deepening information application ability, improving customer viscosity and improving overall risk management level.
