【摘要】：2013年青島市金融工作會議強(qiáng)調(diào)要突出青島的特色發(fā)展，順應(yīng)現(xiàn)代金融發(fā)展趨勢，提出建設(shè)以財富管理為特色的區(qū)域性金融中心。作為一個沿海開放城市，計劃單列城市，具有良好的經(jīng)濟(jì)社會發(fā)展基礎(chǔ)，產(chǎn)業(yè)事業(yè)雄厚，環(huán)境宜人，交通發(fā)達(dá)，金融業(yè)發(fā)展環(huán)境不斷優(yōu)化，，具備建設(shè)財富管理中心的基礎(chǔ)條件和比較優(yōu)勢。在此過程中，對青島市財富管理中心競爭力進(jìn)行評價并與典型區(qū)域財富管理中心比對分析，為競爭力提升，進(jìn)一步改善提供依據(jù)。 本文引入了競爭力評價，通過建立適應(yīng)青島市財富管理中心競爭力的指標(biāo)體系，運(yùn)用模糊綜合評價法，對青島市的財富管理中心競爭力進(jìn)行了評價。 文章開始引入了競爭力的相關(guān)概念，對不同主體的競爭力有了清晰的認(rèn)識；同時闡明了評價原則及方法，為財富管理中心競爭力的指標(biāo)選取奠定了基礎(chǔ)。其次，對青島市建設(shè)財富管理中心的發(fā)展環(huán)境進(jìn)行SWOT分析，依據(jù)青島市的特點(diǎn)，有針對性的完成指標(biāo)設(shè)計。第三，設(shè)計相應(yīng)的指標(biāo)體系，并對各指標(biāo)的選取依據(jù)進(jìn)行解釋。第四，運(yùn)用模糊綜合評價法對青島市及典型財富管理中心城市，北京、上海、廈門和杭州的競爭力進(jìn)行評價，最后做出對比分析。評價結(jié)果顯示，青島市與廈門和杭州有相似的發(fā)展程度與評價結(jié)果，同時可以借鑒北京和上海在財富管理中心建設(shè)中的突出特色，結(jié)合青島本地實(shí)際情況，加以完善。 論文在以下方面進(jìn)行了創(chuàng)新性探討： 構(gòu)建青島市財富管理中心競爭力評價指標(biāo)體系，從財富管理主體競爭力、財富管理客體競爭力和財富管理外部環(huán)境三個方面對指標(biāo)進(jìn)行設(shè)計，運(yùn)用模糊綜合評價法結(jié)合相應(yīng)指標(biāo)給出評價。同時對北京、上海、廈門和杭州進(jìn)行了競爭力評價，通過對比青島的評價結(jié)果，給出青島市財富管理中心在發(fā)展過程中競爭力提升的有益措施。
[Abstract]:The Qingdao Financial work Conference in 2013 emphasized the characteristic development of Qingdao, adapted to the trend of modern financial development, and put forward the construction of regional financial center with wealth management as its characteristic. As an open coastal city with a separate plan, it has a good foundation for economic and social development, a strong industrial undertaking, a pleasant environment, developed transportation, and a continuously optimized environment for the development of the financial industry. Has the foundation condition and the comparative advantage which constructs the wealth management center. In this process, the competitiveness of Qingdao wealth management center is evaluated and compared with the typical regional wealth management center. This paper introduces the competitiveness evaluation, through establishing the index system to adapt to the competitiveness of Qingdao wealth management center, using fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method, to evaluate the competitiveness of Qingdao wealth management center. At the beginning of this paper, we introduce the related concepts of competitiveness, have a clear understanding of the competitiveness of different subjects, and clarify the evaluation principles and methods, which will lay a foundation for the selection of indicators for the competitiveness of wealth management centers. Secondly, the development environment of building wealth management center in Qingdao is analyzed by SWOT. Third, design the corresponding index system and explain the selection basis of each index. Fourth, this paper uses fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to evaluate the competitiveness of Qingdao and typical wealth management centers, Beijing, Shanghai, Xiamen and Hangzhou, and finally makes a comparative analysis. The evaluation results show that Qingdao has similar development degree and evaluation results with Xiamen and Hangzhou. At the same time, it can draw lessons from the outstanding characteristics of Beijing and Shanghai in the construction of wealth management center and perfect it in combination with the actual situation of Qingdao. The paper has carried on the innovative discussion in the following aspects: This paper constructs the evaluation index system of Qingdao wealth management center competitiveness, designs the index from three aspects: the main body competitiveness of wealth management, the object competitiveness of wealth management and the external environment of wealth management. The fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method combined with the corresponding index is used to give the evaluation. At the same time, it evaluates the competitiveness of Beijing, Shanghai, Xiamen and Hangzhou. By comparing the evaluation results of Qingdao, this paper gives some useful measures to enhance the competitiveness of Qingdao wealth management center in the process of development.
