X銀行員工福利的優(yōu)化研究

【摘要】:近年來(lái),隨著多種股份制商業(yè)銀行的發(fā)展,國(guó)有商業(yè)銀行面臨的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)壓力與日俱增,其中優(yōu)秀人才之間的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)占主要地位。因此,國(guó)有商業(yè)銀行不得不積極采取措施吸引和挽留人才。員工福利作為薪酬體系中的重要組成部分,是銀行激勵(lì)員工的有效手段之一,但是傳統(tǒng)的福利制度已經(jīng)不能滿足員工多樣化的福利需求。合理的員工福利制度一方面能夠節(jié)約企業(yè)成本,提高企業(yè)的核心競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力,一方面有利于激勵(lì)員工,提高員工的忠誠(chéng)度。 本文試圖以一家國(guó)有股份制X銀行為研究對(duì)象,通過(guò)實(shí)地調(diào)查發(fā)現(xiàn)員工福利項(xiàng)目的主要缺陷,并針對(duì)性的提出優(yōu)化員工福利機(jī)制的解決方案。論文大致從以下幾個(gè)方面展開(kāi)研究:第一,,論文開(kāi)頭以員工福利理論進(jìn)行研究與分析,為X銀行員工福利優(yōu)化方案的設(shè)計(jì)奠定理論基礎(chǔ);第二,論文中詳細(xì)介紹了X銀行的組織結(jié)構(gòu),包括員工性別、年齡、工齡、學(xué)歷、職稱以及流失率六個(gè)方面;第三,針對(duì)X銀行員工福利項(xiàng)目的現(xiàn)狀,分析其所存在的主要問(wèn)題;第四,參照國(guó)內(nèi)外企業(yè)員工福利的優(yōu)化方案,針對(duì)性地對(duì)X銀行員工福利項(xiàng)目提供優(yōu)化方案;第五,從人力、財(cái)力等方面提出優(yōu)化員工福利項(xiàng)目的保障條件。 本文是對(duì)X銀行員工福利問(wèn)題的實(shí)證研究,文章的研究成果將對(duì)X銀行員工福利項(xiàng)目?jī)?yōu)化工作具有一定的指導(dǎo)意義,并且對(duì)其他國(guó)有商業(yè)銀行合理實(shí)施員工福利制度與進(jìn)一步理論研究提供參考和借鑒。
[Abstract]:In recent years, with the development of a variety of joint-stock commercial banks, state-owned commercial banks are facing increasing competition pressure. Therefore, state-owned commercial banks have to take active measures to attract and retain talents. As an important part of the compensation system, employee welfare is one of the effective means for banks to motivate employees, but the traditional welfare system can no longer meet the diverse welfare needs of employees. On the one hand, a reasonable employee welfare system can save the cost of the enterprise, improve the core competitiveness of the enterprise, on the other hand, it is helpful to motivate the staff and improve the employee's loyalty. This paper attempts to take a state-owned X bank as the research object, through field investigation to find out the main defects of employee welfare project, and put forward the solution of optimizing employee welfare mechanism. Firstly, the thesis begins with the research and analysis of employee welfare theory, which lays a theoretical foundation for the design of X bank employee welfare optimization scheme. The paper introduces the organization structure of X Bank in detail, including six aspects of employee gender, age, length of service, academic degree, title and turnover rate. Third, the main problems of X Bank employee welfare project are analyzed. Fourth, according to the domestic and foreign enterprise employee welfare optimization plan, pertinently provides the optimized plan to the X bank employee welfare project; fifthly, from the human, financial and other aspects, puts forward the optimized employee welfare project safeguard condition. This paper is an empirical study on employee welfare of X Bank. The research results of this paper will have certain guiding significance for the optimization of employee welfare project in X Bank. And to other state-owned commercial banks reasonable implementation of employee welfare system and further theoretical research to provide reference and reference.
