【摘要】：本文首先研究有效匯率指數(shù)變動的特點,認為通過人民幣對美元匯率的調(diào)整,可以實現(xiàn)人民幣名義有效匯率和實際有效匯率的穩(wěn)定,并且使人民幣對美元匯率的彈性顯著增強。這里的匯率指數(shù)權(quán)重是貿(mào)易權(quán)重,本文對此進行了模擬分析。其次本文利用匯率指數(shù)變動的特點,建立模型分析在貿(mào)易收支穩(wěn)定條件下,籃子貨幣匯率指數(shù)最優(yōu)權(quán)重的選取,也就是把匯率指數(shù)的構(gòu)建和貨幣政策的目標結(jié)合起來,認為可以通過設定貨幣政策目標來確定籃子貨幣最優(yōu)權(quán)重。
[Abstract]:This paper first studies the characteristics of the change of the effective exchange rate index, and holds that the nominal effective exchange rate and the real effective exchange rate of RMB can be stabilized through the adjustment of the RMB exchange rate against the US dollar, and the flexibility of the RMB against the US dollar exchange rate can be enhanced significantly. The exchange rate index weight is trade weight, which is simulated and analyzed in this paper. Secondly, using the characteristics of exchange rate index, this paper establishes a model to analyze the selection of optimal weight of exchange rate index of basket currencies under the condition of stable trade balance, that is, combining the construction of exchange rate index with the objective of monetary policy. It is believed that the optimal weight of basket currencies can be determined by setting monetary policy objectives.
