Analysis and Demonstration on the Effect of Foreign Bank,s Entry on the Efficiency of Chinese Banking——Take the Four Giant Commercial Banks of China as example

By the end of 2006,with the open of Chinese banking industry to foreign investment,foreign-funded banks have begun to compete with the banks of China in various fields.As a result,studying the efficiency of foreign banks,entering to domestic banks in china will help domes-tic banks to take countermeasures.This article attempts to do some empirical analysis on the efficiency of foreign-funded banks,entering,such as the profitability,the management level,the anti-risk ability,the capital structure and so on.Then it puts forward some corresponding policy recom-mendations on the further development of Chinese banking industry.
