【摘要】：越南、老撾、柬埔寨這三個(gè)印度支那國(guó)家美元化程度較重的情況已持續(xù)多年。隨著我國(guó)在印度支那地區(qū)三國(guó)投資、貿(mào)易等經(jīng)濟(jì)活動(dòng)的不斷增多,推動(dòng)人民幣在這一地區(qū)的流通使用,對(duì)沿著"周邊國(guó)家——新興經(jīng)濟(jì)體——發(fā)達(dá)經(jīng)濟(jì)體"路線實(shí)施的人民幣國(guó)際化戰(zhàn)略具有重要意義。本文分析了這三個(gè)國(guó)家的美元化的歷程、現(xiàn)狀及特點(diǎn),并基于國(guó)際政治經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)的一般理論,進(jìn)而分析了推動(dòng)人民幣成為這些國(guó)家流通貨幣的前景,即人民幣是否具備成為印度支那地區(qū)國(guó)家流通貨幣的基礎(chǔ)(可能性),這一地區(qū)什么國(guó)家可能事實(shí)上承認(rèn)或默認(rèn)人民幣成為其流通貨幣,以及如何推動(dòng)人民幣在這些國(guó)家的流通使用。
[Abstract]:Three Indochina countries, Vietnam, Laos and Cambodia, have been dollarized for years. With China's investment, trade and other economic activities in the Indochina region continuously increasing, the circulation and use of the renminbi in this region has been promoted. It is of great significance for the internationalization strategy of RMB along the route of "neighboring countries-emerging economies-developed economies". This paper analyzes the course, present situation and characteristics of dollarization in these three countries, and based on the general theory of international political economy, analyzes the prospect of promoting RMB to become the currency in circulation in these countries. Whether or not the renminbi has the basis to become the currency in circulation in the Indochina region (possible, which country in the region may in fact recognize or acquiesce in the renminbi as its currency, And how to promote the circulation of RMB in these countries.
