【摘要】：作為現(xiàn)代金融市場(chǎng)體系的前沿，期貨市場(chǎng)價(jià)格發(fā)現(xiàn)和風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理功能在服務(wù)實(shí)體經(jīng)濟(jì)、促進(jìn)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展及結(jié)構(gòu)轉(zhuǎn)型等方面有著獨(dú)特的作用。期貨公司是期貨市場(chǎng)的中介機(jī)構(gòu)，起著橋梁和紐帶的重要作用。但是，值得注意的是，目前我國正式注冊(cè)的160家期貨公司中以中小期貨公司數(shù)量居多。一方面，“強(qiáng)者恒強(qiáng)，弱者愈弱，兩級(jí)分化”的馬太效應(yīng)，折射出中小期貨公司在行業(yè)中的生存困境；另一方面，160家期貨公司盈利模式都比較單一，同質(zhì)化競(jìng)爭激烈，使得經(jīng)營環(huán)境惡劣。所以，，對(duì)我國中小期貨公司盈利模式的變化及管理對(duì)策的研究有重要意義。 本文寫作共分為五章，第一章為緒論，介紹研究背景及選題意義、國內(nèi)外研究現(xiàn)狀、研究方法以及創(chuàng)新點(diǎn)等；第二章介紹國內(nèi)外期貨市場(chǎng)及期貨公司的情況；核心的研究內(nèi)容從第三章開始，第三章以典型中小期貨公司的代表JH期貨公司為調(diào)查研究的對(duì)象，對(duì)我國中小期貨公司基本盈利模式、單一盈利模式所面臨的困境、盈利模式發(fā)生變化的必然性、市場(chǎng)基礎(chǔ)及發(fā)展趨勢(shì)進(jìn)行分析并提出問題；第四章則針對(duì)第三章中的現(xiàn)實(shí)問題提出有針對(duì)性的建議；第五章為結(jié)論和展望。本文的亮點(diǎn)在于充分考慮市場(chǎng)實(shí)際，將研究對(duì)象定位于我國處于困境中的眾多中小期貨公司，對(duì)于它們?cè)谟Ｊ椒矫娴莫?dú)特變化以及管理對(duì)策做出探討，這使得本文具有一定的實(shí)踐價(jià)值，也是本文最大的創(chuàng)新之處。
[Abstract]:As the frontier of the modern financial market system, the function of price discovery and risk management in futures market plays a unique role in serving the real economy, promoting economic development and structural transformation. Futures company is the intermediary of futures market, which plays an important role in bridge and bond. However, it is worth noting that most of the 160 futures companies registered in China are small and medium-sized futures companies. On the one hand, the Matthew effect of "the stronger the stronger, the weaker the weaker," reflects the plight of small and medium-sized futures companies in the industry; on the other hand, 160 futures companies have a relatively single profit model, and the homogeneous competition is fierce. Makes the operating environment bad. Therefore, it is of great significance to study the change of profit mode and management strategy of small and medium futures companies in China. This paper is divided into five chapters, the first chapter is the introduction, introduces the research background and significance, research status, research methods and innovation points at home and abroad, the second chapter introduces the situation of futures markets and futures companies at home and abroad. The core research content starts from the third chapter, the third chapter takes the representative JH futures company of the typical small and medium-sized futures company as the research object, to our country small and medium-sized futures company basic profit pattern, the single profit pattern faces the predicament. The inevitability of the change of profit model, the analysis of market foundation and development trend, the fourth chapter is to put forward targeted suggestions for the practical problems in chapter three; the fifth chapter is the conclusion and prospect. The bright spot of this paper is to fully consider the market reality, the research object will be located in our country in the plight of many small and medium-sized futures companies, for their profit model in the unique changes and management strategies to make a discussion. This makes this text has certain practice value, also is this article biggest innovation place.
