中國社區(qū)銀行現狀研究

【摘要】:社區(qū)銀行主要是指按照市場原則設置自己獨立的業(yè)務,特別是按照市場原則在小型、中型銀行和私人客戶、社區(qū)內的特定區(qū)域的服務。眾多年來,社區(qū)銀行一直是國內國外金融體系的重要組成部分。當前伴隨網絡技術的發(fā)展,銀行各種服務方向與營銷渠道也隨之發(fā)生快速變化,隨之出現各種金融服務新趨勢:需求多元化、差異化,渠道自主化、虛擬化,設備綜合化。這些不僅快速改變了人們的生活方式,還給銀行提供了無限的發(fā)展空間與發(fā)展區(qū)域,為銀行轉型社區(qū)提供了時代環(huán)境。在移動互聯(lián)網的當今時代,渠道的變化是銀行改革的心臟,加快網絡網上銀行,手機銀行等建設步伐,貼近消費者,發(fā)展社區(qū)銀行,實現在線和離線的協(xié)作水平,促進新渠道的快速發(fā)展。 之后,上海農村商業(yè)銀行已在上海農村商業(yè)領域推出第一個社區(qū)銀行的概念,直到2013年初上海已經有數百個“金融超市”,各股份制銀行如民生,興業(yè),平安,中信,加入社區(qū)銀行的布局,上海浦東后來也加入了發(fā)展社區(qū)銀行的行列。近年來,社區(qū)銀行的實施變得更受歡迎,無論是在社區(qū)銀行,大打溫情牌,令渠道下沉。 在本文中,通過對我國社區(qū)銀行發(fā)展模式回顧,和通過分析國外社區(qū)銀行發(fā)展的現狀及啟示,對我國現行社區(qū)銀行模式存在的問題進行解剖,并提出一些自己的設想。 一是發(fā)展社區(qū)銀行,應當真正研究社區(qū)居民的差異化需求,必須將市場調研重點放在市場現狀、潛在需求、區(qū)位優(yōu)勢、發(fā)展?jié)摿Φ葐栴}上,嚴格的收集、篩選和處理信息,提高對市場信息評估、決策和預測能力,緊密結合國家政策做好客戶和區(qū)域的定位。二是社區(qū)銀行在區(qū)域市場中,應當充分滲透周邊商圈,利用生活平臺為客戶提供服務。三是優(yōu)化服務渠道,打造服務手段競爭力。四是各層級機構構建完善的支持與監(jiān)督體系。
[Abstract]:Community banking mainly refers to the establishment of their own independent business in accordance with market principles, especially in small, medium-sized banks and private customers, community services in specific areas.For many years, community bank has been an important part of domestic and foreign financial system.With the development of network technology, various service directions and marketing channels of banks have changed rapidly, and a variety of new trends of financial services have emerged: demand diversification, differentiation, channel autonomy, virtualization, equipment integration.These not only change people's life style rapidly, but also provide unlimited development space and development area for banks.In the era of mobile Internet, the change of channels is the heart of banking reform. We should speed up the construction of online banking, mobile banking, and so on, close to consumers, develop community banks, and realize the level of online and offline collaboration.Promote the rapid development of new channels.Since then, the Shanghai Rural Commercial Bank has introduced the concept of the first community bank in Shanghai's rural commercial field. By the beginning of 2013, there were already hundreds of "financial supermarkets" in Shanghai, and various joint-stock banks such as people's livelihood, Societe Generale, Ping an, Citic,Join the layout of community banks, Shanghai Pudong later joined the ranks of the development of community banks.In recent years, the implementation of community banks has become more popular, both at community banks, playing a warm card, causing channels to sink.In this paper, by reviewing the development mode of our country's community bank, and analyzing the present situation and enlightenment of the development of the foreign community bank, this paper dissects the problems existing in the current mode of community bank in our country, and puts forward some tentative ideas.First, to develop community banks, we should really study the differentiated needs of community residents. We must focus market research on issues such as market status, potential demand, location advantages, development potential, and so on, and strictly collect, screen and process information.Improve the ability of market information evaluation, decision-making and forecast, and position customers and regions in close combination with national policies.Second, community banks in the regional market, should fully penetrate the surrounding business circle, using the life platform to provide services for customers.Third, optimize service channels and build competitive power of service means.Fourth, all levels of institutions to build a sound support and supervision system.
