【摘要】:企業(yè)文化,是一個(gè)企業(yè)生存和發(fā)展的靈魂。自20世紀(jì)80年代起,作為一個(gè)全新的概念,企業(yè)文化被引入到管理學(xué)之中,既解讀了許多世界知名企業(yè)獲得巨大成功的根本原因,又為許多尋求發(fā)展的企業(yè)帶來了新的契機(jī),注入了新的活力。作為一種全新的管理思想,企業(yè)文化既可以有效的提升企業(yè)的經(jīng)營(yíng)管理水平,又能增強(qiáng)企業(yè)的核心競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力,促進(jìn)企業(yè)持續(xù)不斷的發(fā)展。加入WTO以后,隨著我國社會(huì)主義市場(chǎng)經(jīng)濟(jì)的不斷發(fā)展,各商業(yè)銀行迎來了難得的發(fā)展機(jī)遇,但與此同時(shí),跨國銀行不斷的涌入、經(jīng)濟(jì)形勢(shì)的復(fù)雜多變也為商業(yè)銀行的發(fā)展帶來了挑戰(zhàn)。如何適應(yīng)新的形勢(shì),在復(fù)雜的經(jīng)濟(jì)環(huán)境中尋求長(zhǎng)期、穩(wěn)定、健康的發(fā)展,成為了我國商業(yè)銀行新的課題。 在國際上來看,商業(yè)銀行的企業(yè)文化建設(shè)早已不是一件新鮮事。美國花旗銀行的成功早已向世人展示了其幾十年積淀下來的企業(yè)文化在其經(jīng)營(yíng)發(fā)展中所發(fā)揮的重要作用。我國商業(yè)銀行的企業(yè)文化建設(shè)雖然也稍有起色,但仍存在著認(rèn)識(shí)匱乏、制度不完善以及缺乏特色等局限性。中國民生銀行作為我國銀行界的一顆新星,以其獨(dú)特的經(jīng)營(yíng)理念和創(chuàng)新精神,探索著傳統(tǒng)銀行不愿或不敢涉足的領(lǐng)域,并因此得以快速的發(fā)展。在17年的發(fā)展歷程中,中國民生銀行在經(jīng)營(yíng)管理中逐步建立了優(yōu)秀的企業(yè)文化,反過來,這種獨(dú)特的文化在其發(fā)展中也彰顯出巨大的推動(dòng)作用,使得民生銀行在短短幾年間就在激烈的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)中搶占先機(jī)、脫穎而出。然而,企業(yè)文化并不是一成不變的,因此,民生銀行的企業(yè)文化建設(shè)也需要結(jié)合時(shí)代的變化而不斷的完善和發(fā)展,以此提升自身的核心競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力,為銀行發(fā)展提供持續(xù)的不竭的動(dòng)力。 本文首先闡述了企業(yè)文化的概念、內(nèi)容、特點(diǎn)、作用等基本理論,,分析了現(xiàn)代商業(yè)銀行企業(yè)文化建設(shè)的必要性。然后從國內(nèi)外商業(yè)銀行的企業(yè)文化現(xiàn)狀入手,對(duì)中國民生銀行的概況、企業(yè)文化建設(shè)原則、內(nèi)容做了全方位的梳理,與此同時(shí),筆者還通過調(diào)查問卷、訪談等方式就民生銀行員工進(jìn)行了關(guān)于銀行企業(yè)文化建設(shè)的相關(guān)調(diào)查,整理出了民生銀行企業(yè)文化建設(shè)的優(yōu)勢(shì)和不足。針對(duì)民生銀行企業(yè)文化建設(shè)中存在的問題,深入探討了其成因,分析了問題的根源所在。以此為基礎(chǔ),結(jié)合企業(yè)文化的相關(guān)理論,有針對(duì)性的提出了民生銀行企業(yè)文化建設(shè)的完善措施,希望能夠?yàn)橹袊裆y行的企業(yè)文化建設(shè)提供一個(gè)新的思路。
[Abstract]:Corporate culture is the soul of the survival and development of an enterprise.Since the 1980s, as a new concept, corporate culture has been introduced into management, which not only explains the root causes of the great success of many world-famous enterprises, but also brings new opportunities for many enterprises seeking development.A new life was injected.As a new management thought, corporate culture can not only effectively enhance the management level of enterprises, but also enhance the core competitiveness of enterprises, and promote the continuous development of enterprises.After China's entry into WTO, with the continuous development of our socialist market economy, commercial banks have ushered in rare opportunities for development, but at the same time, transnational banks are constantly pouring in.The complexity of the economic situation has also brought challenges to the development of commercial banks.How to adapt to the new situation and seek long-term, stable and healthy development in the complex economic environment has become a new topic for commercial banks in China.In the international point of view, the construction of corporate culture of commercial banks has not been a new thing.The success of Citibank has shown the world the important role of its corporate culture in the development of its business.Although the construction of corporate culture of commercial banks in China has improved slightly, there are still some limitations such as lack of understanding, imperfect system and lack of characteristics.As a new star in China's banking sector, Minsheng Bank of China, with its unique management concept and innovative spirit, explores areas that traditional banks do not want or dare not to set foot in, and has thus been able to develop rapidly.In its 17 years of development, the Minsheng Bank of China has gradually established an excellent corporate culture in its operation and management. In turn, this unique culture has also played a huge role in promoting its development.Minsheng Bank in a few short years in the fierce competition to seize the opportunity, stand out.However, corporate culture is not inflexible. Therefore, the construction of enterprise culture of Minsheng Bank also needs to be perfected and developed in the light of the changes of the times in order to enhance its core competitiveness.To provide a sustained and inexhaustible impetus for the development of banks.In this paper, the concept, content, characteristics and function of corporate culture are introduced, and the necessity of the construction of corporate culture in modern commercial banks is analyzed.Then from the domestic and foreign commercial banks corporate culture status quo, the general situation of China's Minsheng Bank, corporate culture construction principles, content to do a comprehensive combing, at the same time, the author also through the questionnaire,Interviews and other ways on the Minsheng Bank staff on the bank corporate culture construction related investigation, sorted out the Minsheng bank enterprise culture construction advantages and disadvantages.In view of the problems existing in the enterprise culture construction of Minsheng Bank, this paper probes into the causes of the problems and analyzes the root of the problems.On this basis, combined with the relevant theories of corporate culture, the paper puts forward the measures to improve the enterprise culture construction of Minsheng Bank, hoping to provide a new way of thinking for the construction of enterprise culture of Minsheng Bank of China.
