【摘要】：合會(huì)是在中國(guó)東南沿海地區(qū)廣泛存在的一種民間金融形式。合會(huì)在為農(nóng)戶投資消費(fèi)和中小企業(yè)融資方面提供良好金融渠道的同時(shí),各類風(fēng)險(xiǎn)也在逐步顯現(xiàn),倒會(huì)、崩盤事件時(shí)有發(fā)生。文章引入博弈矩陣模型,分析了合會(huì)倒會(huì)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)生成的機(jī)理,并以四個(gè)倒會(huì)合會(huì)為例,驗(yàn)證了基本結(jié)論。倒會(huì)的主要原因有:(1)合會(huì)會(huì)員人數(shù)和會(huì)金越大,違約的總收益越大,倒會(huì)的可能性越高;(2)會(huì)息越高,會(huì)員選擇違約的可能性越大;(3)參會(huì)人員構(gòu)成復(fù)雜,突破了血緣、地緣和業(yè)緣限制;(4)會(huì)員法律責(zé)任變現(xiàn)越困難,會(huì)員選擇違約的可能性越大;(5)會(huì)金用途異化和人們的非理性逐利行為。對(duì)民間金融健康發(fā)展的啟示是:民間融資半徑和民間信任半徑要相匹配。當(dāng)熟人社會(huì)走向半熟人和匿名社會(huì)時(shí),民間信用的非正式制裁機(jī)制需要逐漸讓位于法律制裁機(jī)制。如果民間金融組織突破原有的較為封閉的地域界限和較小的規(guī)模邊界之后,政府應(yīng)該提供法律上和政策環(huán)境上的便利,允許這些民間金融組織轉(zhuǎn)型和升級(jí)為更為高級(jí)的組織。
[Abstract]:The association is a kind of folk finance form which exists widely in the southeast coastal area of China.While providing good financial channels for farmers to invest, consume and finance small and medium-sized enterprises, all kinds of risks are also gradually appearing, and collapsing events occur from time to time.In this paper, the game matrix model is introduced to analyze the mechanism of the formation of the risk of confluence, and the basic conclusions are verified by taking four inverted confluence meetings as examples.The main reasons for the collapse are: (1) the larger the number of members and the money of the meeting, the greater the total income of default, the higher the possibility of reclining, the higher the interest rate, the greater the possibility of members choosing to default. (3) the composition of the participants is complicated and the blood relationship is broken.The more difficult it is for members to realize their legal liability, the greater the possibility of members choosing to breach the contract. 5) the alienation of the use of money and people's irrational behavior of pursuing profits.The enlightenment to the healthy development of private finance is that the radius of private financing and the radius of folk trust should be matched.When the acquaintance society moves towards the semi-acquaintance and anonymous society, the informal sanction mechanism of folk credit needs to give way to the legal sanction mechanism gradually.If the private financial organizations break through the original closed boundaries and smaller scale boundaries, the government should provide the legal and policy environment to facilitate the transformation and upgrading of these private financial organizations into more advanced organizations.
