【摘要】:2008年的金融風(fēng)暴讓很多昔日風(fēng)光無(wú)限的金融巨頭也被撕扯地滿(mǎn)目瘡痍,但有一些金融業(yè)務(wù)相對(duì)而言受到危機(jī)的影響并不大。例如,私人銀行業(yè)務(wù)的收入水平雖大幅下降,但全世界90%以上的私人銀行在金融危機(jī)的背景下依然創(chuàng)造了利潤(rùn),并且私人銀行業(yè)務(wù)能夠根據(jù)外部商業(yè)環(huán)境的變化,適時(shí)進(jìn)行運(yùn)營(yíng)模式的調(diào)整,從而反映出與投資銀行等業(yè)務(wù)相比,私人銀行業(yè)務(wù)表現(xiàn)出更強(qiáng)的抗擊系統(tǒng)性風(fēng)險(xiǎn)的能力。在“后危機(jī)時(shí)代”,私人銀行業(yè)務(wù)將成長(zhǎng)為全球商業(yè)銀行新的利潤(rùn)增長(zhǎng)點(diǎn)。對(duì)中國(guó)銀行業(yè)而言,私人銀行業(yè)擁有廣闊的空間。一方面,中國(guó)的富裕人口規(guī)模越來(lái)越大,對(duì)財(cái)富的投資需求越來(lái)越大。另一方面,利率市場(chǎng)化,金融脫媒的潛在威脅,意味著依賴(lài)信貸業(yè)務(wù)擴(kuò)張的、粗放式的發(fā)展模式已經(jīng)無(wú)法持續(xù)。自從2007年3月我國(guó)第一家私人銀行建立,私人銀行在我國(guó)發(fā)展的序幕由此拉開(kāi),外資銀行早就非常看好我國(guó)私人銀行業(yè)的發(fā)展,私人銀行業(yè)務(wù)貫穿于零售銀行、財(cái)富管理、投資銀行等多個(gè)領(lǐng)域,勢(shì)必將成為中外資銀行實(shí)力比拼的又一戰(zhàn)場(chǎng),也是中國(guó)商業(yè)銀行脫胎換骨的重要起點(diǎn)。 2011年是中國(guó)“十二五”規(guī)劃的開(kāi)局之年,但對(duì)金融從業(yè)者而言也是內(nèi)外部風(fēng)險(xiǎn)交替顯現(xiàn)之年,主權(quán)債務(wù)危機(jī)和世界經(jīng)濟(jì)二次探底的預(yù)期,已經(jīng)引發(fā)了國(guó)際金融市場(chǎng)和大宗商品的劇烈振蕩。中國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)在錯(cuò)綜復(fù)雜的內(nèi)外矛盾中正在進(jìn)行著艱難轉(zhuǎn)型,在這一背景下,中國(guó)私人銀行業(yè)需要分析大勢(shì)、把握方向、總結(jié)經(jīng)驗(yàn)、邁向未來(lái)。我國(guó)私人銀行業(yè)務(wù)還處于起步摸索階段,本文以此為出發(fā)點(diǎn),從外部環(huán)境和內(nèi)部因素來(lái)分析國(guó)外著名的私人銀行的產(chǎn)品架構(gòu)、服務(wù)模式及運(yùn)行機(jī)制等成功經(jīng)驗(yàn),結(jié)合我國(guó)的實(shí)際情況,探索適合我國(guó)商業(yè)銀行發(fā)展私人銀行發(fā)展之路,并在此基礎(chǔ)上提出相應(yīng)的建議。 本文主要分為三個(gè)部分: 第一部分是本文一些基礎(chǔ)理論工作,主要是對(duì)私人銀行的概念和起源、特點(diǎn)、核心業(yè)務(wù)及國(guó)內(nèi)外文獻(xiàn)綜述的介紹和比較分析來(lái)對(duì)私人銀行有個(gè)全面的了解。簡(jiǎn)單介紹了全球私人銀行發(fā)展的歷程,并將私人銀行的發(fā)展區(qū)域分為歐洲、北美和亞洲地區(qū),并在這三個(gè)區(qū)域內(nèi)選取具有代表性的私人銀行包括瑞銀集團(tuán)、花旗銀行和匯豐銀行來(lái)分析其成功的要素,對(duì)下文探索我國(guó)私人銀行的發(fā)展模式提東一定的借鑒作用。 第二部分是對(duì)私人銀行發(fā)展模式的介紹和分析。從私人銀行的運(yùn)營(yíng)流程來(lái)看,其組織模式、服務(wù)模式和盈利模式對(duì)私人銀行的發(fā)展起到至關(guān)重要的作用,因此本文將主要從以上三個(gè)方面來(lái)分析私人銀行的發(fā)展模式。首先對(duì)西方的私人銀行的組織模式、服務(wù)模式和盈利模式進(jìn)行分類(lèi)介紹和比較分析。其次是對(duì)我國(guó)目前的私人銀行的發(fā)展模式進(jìn)行介紹和分析,并根據(jù)我國(guó)的國(guó)情分析我國(guó)私人銀行在組織模式、服務(wù)模式和盈利模式的選擇上不同于西方國(guó)家的原因,并以西方成熟私人銀行的發(fā)展歷程和經(jīng)驗(yàn)來(lái)提出我國(guó)私人銀行目前發(fā)展模式存在的問(wèn)題和障礙。 第三部分主要是在第二部分的基礎(chǔ)上對(duì)我國(guó)私人銀行發(fā)展模式存在的問(wèn)題和障礙提出的改進(jìn)的建議和措施,并結(jié)合西方的發(fā)展經(jīng)驗(yàn)來(lái)展望我國(guó)私人銀行的發(fā)展趨勢(shì)。

In the "Post Crisis Era", the private banking business will grow into a new profit growth point in the global commercial banks Chinese. On the banks, private banks have vast space. The private banking business in China is still in the initial stage, this article as a starting point to analyze the foreign well-known private banking product architecture from the external environment and internal factors, service mode and operation mechanism successful experience, combined with China's actual situation, explore the development path of private banking of commercial banks in China, and then puts forward some corresponding suggestions.
This article is divided into three parts:
The first part is the basic theory of work, is the main features of the concept and origin of private banks, the core business at home and abroad and the introduction of the literature review and comparative analysis to have a comprehensive understanding of the private bank. Introduce the process of global private banking development, and the development of private banking area is divided into Europe. North America and Asia, and in the three regions selected representative of the private banks, including UBS, analyze the success factors of Citibank and HSBC, to explore the development mode of private banks in China provided certain reference to the east below.
The second part is the introduction and analysis of the development of private banking model. From the flow of private banking operations, its organizational model, service model and profit model is of vital importance to the development of the private bank, this paper will be mainly from the above three aspects to analyze the mode of development of private banks. Firstly, western private the bank's organizational model, service model and profit model are introduced and compared. The second part is introduction and Analysis on the development mode of China's current private banking, and the analysis of China's private banks in the organizational model according to China's national conditions, service mode and profit mode choice is different from western countries, and with the development of the history and experience of western private banks to private banks in China at present model of development problems and obstacles.
The third part is mainly based on the second part, on the basis of our country's private banks development mode problems and obstacles put forward improvement suggestions and measures, combined with western development experience to predict the development trend of private banks in China.
