利率市場化加速下城市商業(yè)銀行零售業(yè)務的發(fā)展研究

【摘要】:利率市場化改革是中國金融體系的重要組成部分,有助于提高金融市場的效率,創(chuàng)造公平競爭的金融生態(tài),促進經(jīng)濟的可持續(xù)發(fā)展。2013年7月起,中國人民銀行放開了對金融機構(gòu)的貸款利率管制,我國的利率市場化改革已經(jīng)進入加速階段。城市商業(yè)銀行自創(chuàng)建以來發(fā)展穩(wěn)健,逐漸成為了中國金融體系必不可少的部分,但與大型商業(yè)銀行相比,在資本實力、風險管理、定價議價能力、組織機構(gòu)、服務渠道等方面均處于弱勢地位,利率市場化對其影響更大。發(fā)達國家的經(jīng)驗表明,市場導向的利率改革直接導致了存貸利差收窄,加劇銀行對客戶資源的競爭。我國銀行業(yè)的利潤來源長期過度倚重存貸利差,尤其是城市商業(yè)銀行的凈利息收入可以達到90%,利潤結(jié)構(gòu)、客戶結(jié)構(gòu)的調(diào)整,涉及到城市商業(yè)銀行在利率市場化進程中的生存與發(fā)展。零售業(yè)務指商業(yè)銀行向中小微企業(yè)、家庭以及個人提供的金融一體化、綜合化服務,具有風險分散、收益穩(wěn)定、資本占用少、經(jīng)濟增加值高、成長性良好等多重優(yōu)勢,,成為了城市商業(yè)銀行在利率市場化加速下,穩(wěn)定利潤來源、支撐經(jīng)營發(fā)展的重要突破口。因此,在利率市場化加速的背景之下,研究我國城市商業(yè)銀行零售業(yè)務的發(fā)展具有深刻意義和現(xiàn)實基礎(chǔ)。 本文首先梳理了中國利率市場化進程以及城市商業(yè)銀行的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀,結(jié)合利率市場化對我國城市商業(yè)銀行的影響,認為城市商業(yè)銀行應進行業(yè)務轉(zhuǎn)型,實現(xiàn)盈利結(jié)構(gòu)的調(diào)整。然后,本文分析了銀行零售業(yè)務的特點及其重要性,并歸納出我國城市商業(yè)銀行零售業(yè)務的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀和存在問題。接著,本文借鑒了花旗銀行發(fā)展零售業(yè)務方面的成功經(jīng)驗,在此基礎(chǔ)上分析了我國城市商業(yè)銀行在利率市場化加速之下發(fā)展零售業(yè)務的挑戰(zhàn)和機遇,并提出了具有現(xiàn)實意義的對策。最后,綜合上述研究內(nèi)容,得出利率市場化加速下我國城市商業(yè)銀行發(fā)展零售業(yè)務的研究結(jié)論。
[Abstract]:The reform of interest rate marketization is an important part of China's financial system, which helps to improve the efficiency of financial markets, create a fair and competitive financial environment, and promote the sustainable development of the economy.The people's Bank of China has liberalized the interest rate of financial institutions, and China's interest rate marketization reform has entered an accelerated stage.City commercial banks have been developing steadily since their founding, and have gradually become an indispensable part of China's financial system. But compared with large commercial banks, they are in terms of capital strength, risk management, pricing bargaining power, organization and organization.Service channels and other aspects are in a weak position, interest rate marketization has a greater impact on it.The experience of the developed countries shows that the market-oriented interest rate reform directly leads to the narrowing of deposit and loan spreads and intensifies the competition of banks for customer resources.The profit source of our country's banking industry relies heavily on deposit and loan interest margin for a long time, especially the net interest income of city commercial bank can reach 90%, the adjustment of profit structure and customer structure.It involves the existence and development of city commercial banks in the process of interest rate marketization.Retail business refers to the integration and integration of financial services provided by commercial banks to small, medium and small enterprises, households and individuals, with multiple advantages such as dispersed risks, stable returns, less capital occupation, high economic added value, and good growth.It has become an important breakthrough for city commercial banks to stabilize profit sources and support business development under the acceleration of interest rate marketization.Therefore, under the background of the acceleration of interest rate marketization, it is of profound significance and realistic basis to study the development of retail business of urban commercial banks in China.This article first combs the interest rate marketization process and the city commercial bank development present situation, unifies the interest rate marketization to our country city commercial bank influence, thinks that the city commercial bank should carry on the business transformation, realizes the profit structure adjustment.Then, this paper analyzes the characteristics and importance of banking retail business, and sums up the present situation and existing problems of retail business of urban commercial banks in China.Then, this paper draws lessons from the successful experience of Citibank in the development of retail business, and then analyzes the challenges and opportunities of the development of retail business in China's urban commercial banks under the acceleration of interest rate marketization.And put forward the practical significance of the countermeasures.Finally, the conclusion of the research on the development of retail business of urban commercial banks in China under the acceleration of interest rate marketization is obtained by synthesizing the above research contents.
