【摘要】：眾所周知，新一屆中央領(lǐng)導(dǎo)人已經(jīng)把城鎮(zhèn)化建設(shè)提升到了前所未有的戰(zhàn)略高度。城鎮(zhèn)化是大勢(shì)所趨，是當(dāng)今世界各國(guó)社會(huì)和經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的必然抉擇�？v觀各國(guó)城鎮(zhèn)化進(jìn)程，城鎮(zhèn)化與經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展具有十分密切的關(guān)系，，城鎮(zhèn)化已成為拯救經(jīng)濟(jì)增速下降、“人口紅利”衰竭的重要引擎。目前，我國(guó)城鎮(zhèn)化建設(shè)嚴(yán)重滯后的事實(shí)深深制約著社會(huì)的發(fā)展的和國(guó)民經(jīng)濟(jì)的增長(zhǎng)，并誘發(fā)了諸如貧富差距拉大、農(nóng)民看病難、進(jìn)城農(nóng)民子女上學(xué)難等嚴(yán)重的經(jīng)濟(jì)和社會(huì)問(wèn)題，吉林省也不例外。所以，不失時(shí)機(jī)地實(shí)施城鎮(zhèn)化戰(zhàn)略，對(duì)我國(guó)全面建成小康社會(huì)有著十分重要的現(xiàn)實(shí)意義。毋庸置疑，資金在城鎮(zhèn)化進(jìn)程中起著舉足輕重的作用，金融是架通社會(huì)資金與建設(shè)項(xiàng)目的橋梁，因此，研究金融如何支持城鎮(zhèn)化發(fā)展具有深遠(yuǎn)的現(xiàn)實(shí)意義。 本文在城鎮(zhèn)化與金融發(fā)展理論分析的基礎(chǔ)上，從理論和實(shí)證兩個(gè)角度較為系統(tǒng)的分析了吉林省金融發(fā)展對(duì)城鎮(zhèn)化的作用。第一章是緒論，闡述了本文研究的背景及意義。第二章從城鎮(zhèn)化和金融發(fā)展相關(guān)理論入手，梳理了城鎮(zhèn)化與金融發(fā)展的相互關(guān)系。第三章簡(jiǎn)要分析了金融發(fā)展對(duì)城鎮(zhèn)化建設(shè)貢獻(xiàn)明顯的幾個(gè)國(guó)家金融支持城鎮(zhèn)化建設(shè)的經(jīng)驗(yàn)，為后文提供借鑒意義。第四章首先分析了吉林省城鎮(zhèn)化和金融發(fā)展水平的現(xiàn)狀及存在的問(wèn)題，接著通過(guò)計(jì)量經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)模型，以金融相關(guān)率指標(biāo)、金融結(jié)構(gòu)指標(biāo)和金融效率指標(biāo)作為控制變量，利用ADF單位根檢驗(yàn)、Johansen協(xié)整檢驗(yàn)和ECM誤差修正模型檢驗(yàn)研究了吉林省金融發(fā)展與城鎮(zhèn)化建設(shè)之間的關(guān)系，并基于實(shí)證結(jié)果得出了分析結(jié)論：金融發(fā)展與城鎮(zhèn)化之間存在著格蘭杰因果關(guān)系，金融規(guī)模的擴(kuò)大、金融結(jié)構(gòu)的改善以及金融效率的提高對(duì)城鎮(zhèn)化建設(shè)長(zhǎng)期促進(jìn)作用顯著。第五章主要是根據(jù)理論分析結(jié)果，借鑒國(guó)外成功經(jīng)驗(yàn)，基于實(shí)證分析結(jié)論，結(jié)合吉林省實(shí)際情況，針對(duì)金融發(fā)展如何更好支持城鎮(zhèn)化建設(shè)提出了相應(yīng)的對(duì)策。
[Abstract]:As we all know, the new leadership of the Central Committee has promoted the construction of urbanization to an unprecedented strategic height. Urbanization is the trend of the times and an inevitable choice for the social and economic development of various countries in the world today. Throughout the urbanization process of various countries, Urbanization has a very close relationship with economic development. Urbanization has become an important engine to save the decline of economic growth and the collapse of the "demographic dividend". The fact that the construction of urbanization in our country is seriously lagging behind restricts the development of the society and the growth of the national economy, and causes serious economic and social problems such as the widening gap between the rich and the poor, the difficulty for farmers to see a doctor, the difficulty for their children to go to school in cities, and other serious economic and social problems. Jilin Province is no exception. Therefore, it is of great practical significance for China to take the opportunity to implement the urbanization strategy in order to build a well-off society in an all-round way. There is no doubt that capital plays an important role in the process of urbanization. Finance is a bridge between social funds and construction projects, so it is of great practical significance to study how finance supports the development of urbanization. Based on the theoretical analysis of urbanization and financial development, this paper systematically analyzes the effect of financial development on urbanization in Jilin Province from both theoretical and empirical perspectives. The second chapter starts with the theories of urbanization and financial development. The third chapter briefly analyzes the experience of several countries that financial development contributes significantly to urbanization construction. The fourth chapter analyzes the current situation and existing problems of urbanization and financial development in Jilin Province. As control variables, financial structure index and financial efficiency index are used to study the relationship between financial development and urbanization construction in Jilin Province by using ADF unit root test Johansen cointegration test and ECM error correction model test. Based on the empirical results, the paper draws the conclusion that there exists a Granger causality between financial development and urbanization, and the expansion of financial scale. The improvement of the financial structure and the improvement of the financial efficiency play a significant role in promoting the urbanization construction for a long time. The fifth chapter is mainly based on the theoretical analysis results, drawing lessons from the successful experience of foreign countries, based on the empirical analysis conclusions, combined with the actual situation in Jilin Province. In view of the financial development how to better support the urbanization construction proposed the corresponding countermeasure.
