【摘要】：在我國(guó)吸收外資不斷增長(zhǎng)的背景下,許多研究已經(jīng)證實(shí)了引進(jìn)外資給我國(guó)帶來(lái)了許多利益。引進(jìn)外資不但提供了大量的就業(yè)崗位,促進(jìn)了職工的收入水平的提高,而且拉動(dòng)了我國(guó)的經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng),外資在創(chuàng)造“中國(guó)式增長(zhǎng)奇跡”過(guò)程中的作用是不容置疑的。我國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)速度之快的確讓人震驚,同時(shí),經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)的質(zhì)量越來(lái)越受到關(guān)注。研究我國(guó)的經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)的可持續(xù)性問(wèn)題的學(xué)者也日益增多。作為經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)原動(dòng)力的自主創(chuàng)新能力是否在引進(jìn)FDI的過(guò)程中得到提高,這個(gè)問(wèn)題也越來(lái)越得到學(xué)者的青睞。本文在對(duì)現(xiàn)有文獻(xiàn)歸納的基礎(chǔ)上,先闡述了自主創(chuàng)新能力的內(nèi)涵,然后分析了我國(guó)FDI的發(fā)展情況,總體上看,我國(guó)的實(shí)際利用外資數(shù)額一直保持者持續(xù)上升的趨勢(shì)；從FDI產(chǎn)業(yè)分布來(lái)看,主要分布在第二產(chǎn)業(yè),其次在第三產(chǎn)業(yè),第二產(chǎn)業(yè)所占比重逐漸下降但是第三產(chǎn)業(yè)比重不斷上升；從地區(qū)分布來(lái)看,主要集中在東部地區(qū),中西部比例很少；從來(lái)源地來(lái)看,主要來(lái)源于亞洲,其中香港地區(qū)的比例最高；從投資方式來(lái)看,主要以外商獨(dú)資企業(yè)為主。文章先基于協(xié)整理論分析了FDI與我國(guó)企業(yè)自主創(chuàng)新的關(guān)系,發(fā)現(xiàn)兩者存在著長(zhǎng)期協(xié)整關(guān)系,然后基于技術(shù)溢出理論,分析了FDI與我國(guó)企業(yè)自主創(chuàng)新的關(guān)系,結(jié)果表明FDI與我國(guó)企業(yè)自主創(chuàng)新之間呈正相關(guān)關(guān)系。按照內(nèi)外資企業(yè)的技術(shù)效率關(guān)系,把全國(guó)30個(gè)地區(qū)分為兩組,A類地區(qū)為外資企業(yè)技術(shù)效率低于內(nèi)資企業(yè)技術(shù)效率的地區(qū),B類地區(qū)為外資企業(yè)技術(shù)效率高于內(nèi)資企業(yè)技術(shù)效率的地區(qū),發(fā)現(xiàn)FDI與自主創(chuàng)新的正相關(guān)關(guān)系在B類地區(qū)都更顯著,FDI對(duì)自主創(chuàng)新能力提高的促進(jìn)作用在B地區(qū)更大。在A類地區(qū),FDI對(duì)國(guó)內(nèi)企業(yè)的自主創(chuàng)新能力的促進(jìn)作用主要集中在發(fā)明專利上面；而B類地區(qū),FDI對(duì)實(shí)用新型專利和外觀設(shè)計(jì)專利的促進(jìn)作用比較顯著,對(duì)發(fā)明專利的促進(jìn)作用不明顯。文章還分析了FDI的影響渠道,運(yùn)用實(shí)證分析了FDI的三種效應(yīng)：示范模仿效應(yīng)、人員流動(dòng)效應(yīng)、競(jìng)爭(zhēng)效應(yīng),發(fā)現(xiàn)FDI影響國(guó)內(nèi)企業(yè)自主創(chuàng)新能力主要通過(guò)示范模仿效應(yīng)和競(jìng)爭(zhēng)效應(yīng)。A類地區(qū)發(fā)揮積極作用的是示范模仿效應(yīng)和競(jìng)爭(zhēng)效應(yīng),B類地區(qū)發(fā)揮積極作用的是競(jìng)爭(zhēng)效應(yīng)。文章基于本文的結(jié)論提出了提高我國(guó)企業(yè)自主創(chuàng)新能力的建議。
[Abstract]:Under the background of increasing foreign capital absorption in China, many studies have proved that the introduction of foreign capital has brought a lot of benefits to our country. The introduction of foreign capital not only provides a large number of jobs, but also promotes the income level of workers and staff. The role of foreign capital in the process of creating a "Chinese growth miracle" is beyond doubt. The speed of our economic growth is indeed shocking, and at the same time, More and more attention has been paid to the quality of economic growth. The number of scholars who study the sustainability of economic growth in China is also increasing. As the driving force of economic growth, the independent innovation ability has been improved in the process of introducing FDI. On the basis of summarizing the existing literature, this paper first expounds the connotation of independent innovation ability, and then analyzes the development of FDI in China. According to the distribution of FDI industry, it is mainly distributed in the secondary industry, then in the tertiary industry, the proportion of the secondary industry decreases gradually, but the proportion of the tertiary industry increases. In terms of regional distribution, it is mainly concentrated in the eastern region, with a small proportion in the central and western regions; from the source, it mainly comes from Asia, of which Hong Kong has the highest proportion. From the view of the way of investment, Based on the co-integration theory, this paper analyzes the relationship between FDI and independent innovation of Chinese enterprises, and finds out that there is a long-term co-integration relationship between them, and then based on the theory of technology spillover, we find that there is a long-term co-integration relationship between them. This paper analyzes the relationship between FDI and independent innovation of Chinese enterprises. The results show that there is a positive correlation between FDI and independent innovation of Chinese enterprises. The 30 regions in China are divided into two groups: the technical efficiency of foreign-funded enterprises is lower than that of domestic enterprises, and the area of category B is that of foreign-funded enterprises higher than that of domestic enterprises. It is found that the positive correlation between FDI and independent innovation is more significant in category B areas than in other regions, and that the positive correlation between FDI and independent innovation is more significant in area B. in category A, the positive relationship between FDI and independent innovation is more significant than that in category B. in category A, the positive relationship between FDI and independent innovation is mainly promoted by domestic enterprises. Focusing on invention patents; However, in category B region, the promotion effect of FDI to utility model patent and design patent is obvious, but not obvious to invention patent. The influence channel of FDI is also analyzed in this paper. This paper analyzes three kinds of effects of FDI: demonstration imitation effect, personnel flow effect, competition effect, and so on. It is found that FDI plays an active role in influencing domestic enterprises' independent innovation ability mainly through demonstration imitation effect and competition effect. Type A area plays a positive role in demonstration imitation effect and competition effect and B type area plays a positive role in competition effect. Based on the conclusion of this paper, the paper puts forward some suggestions to improve the independent innovation ability of Chinese enterprises.
