【摘要】：證券公司是資本市場的重要載體,是金融市場逐步成熟的標(biāo)志,同時(shí)也是我國資本市場的主體和金融行業(yè)的重要組成部分,其健康發(fā)展是證券市場以及整個(gè)金融市場健康發(fā)展的穩(wěn)定器,對我國經(jīng)濟(jì)持續(xù)、快速、健康發(fā)展和金融市場的安全穩(wěn)定有著極其重要的作用。 隨著我國金融改革的發(fā)展,資本市場的逐漸開放、CPI和房價(jià)的居高不下、歐債危機(jī)的不斷蔓延以及國內(nèi)宏觀經(jīng)濟(jì)的下行,都為我國證券公司的發(fā)展提出了新的挑戰(zhàn)。我國證券公司資產(chǎn)規(guī)模大多比較小,金融產(chǎn)品和業(yè)務(wù)結(jié)構(gòu)單一,缺乏特色與創(chuàng)新,業(yè)務(wù)在低層次競爭的現(xiàn)象十分普遍。因此,提高證券公司業(yè)務(wù)創(chuàng)新,對提高證券公司競爭力以及我國市場經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展意義重大。 本文主要以企業(yè)競爭理論為依據(jù),從影響我國上市證券公司競爭力和業(yè)務(wù)創(chuàng)新的因素出發(fā),依據(jù)一定的原則與標(biāo)準(zhǔn),以系統(tǒng)理論作為研究的指導(dǎo)思想,以研究證券公司業(yè)務(wù)創(chuàng)新競爭力為目標(biāo),充分考慮資產(chǎn)規(guī)模、業(yè)務(wù)創(chuàng)新收入、風(fēng)險(xiǎn)控制能力、創(chuàng)新研發(fā)能力對我國證券公司業(yè)務(wù)創(chuàng)新競爭力的影響,設(shè)計(jì)出一套較為科學(xué)合理的上市證券公司業(yè)務(wù)創(chuàng)新對競爭力影響的評價(jià)指標(biāo)體系,在此基礎(chǔ)上對證券公司業(yè)務(wù)創(chuàng)新競爭力進(jìn)行研究分析,得出我國上市證券公司在業(yè)務(wù)創(chuàng)新方面競爭力的排名情況,并在分析的基礎(chǔ)上對提高其業(yè)務(wù)創(chuàng)新提出幾點(diǎn)建議。
[Abstract]:Securities companies are an important carrier of capital market, a symbol of the gradual maturity of financial market, and also an important part of capital market and financial industry in China. Its healthy development is the stabilizer of the securities market and the whole financial market, which plays an extremely important role in the sustained, rapid, healthy development of our country's economy and the security and stability of the financial market. With the development of China's financial reform, the gradual opening of the capital market, the gradual opening of the CPI and the high prices of housing prices, the spread of the European debt crisis and the downward trend of the domestic macroeconomic. Most of the assets of securities companies in China are relatively small, the financial products and business structure is single, lack of characteristics and innovation, the phenomenon of business competition at low levels is very common. It is of great significance to improve the competitiveness of securities companies and the development of our market economy to improve the business innovation of securities companies. Based on the enterprise competition theory and the factors that affect the competitiveness and business innovation of listed securities companies in China, this paper takes the system theory as the guiding ideology according to certain principles and standards. In order to study the business innovation competitiveness of securities companies, the impact of asset size, business innovation income, risk control ability, innovation and R & D ability on the business innovation competitiveness of securities companies in China is fully considered. A set of scientific and reasonable evaluation index system of the influence of business innovation on competitiveness of listed securities companies is designed, and on this basis, the competitiveness of business innovation of securities companies is studied and analyzed. The ranking of the competitiveness of Chinese listed securities companies in business innovation is obtained, and some suggestions for improving their business innovation are put forward on the basis of analysis.
