中型股份制商業(yè)銀行“居家金融”創(chuàng)新研究

【摘要】:發(fā)展零售銀行業(yè)務(wù)是全球銀行業(yè)的重要趨勢(shì)之一,國(guó)際大型銀行的零售業(yè)務(wù)利潤(rùn)占比一般在40%-60%,其利潤(rùn)來(lái)源大都呈現(xiàn)出由以公司業(yè)務(wù)為主。在我國(guó),隨著銀行業(yè)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)加劇、公民金融消費(fèi)意識(shí)增強(qiáng),住房、汽車(chē)、教育、旅游等居民消費(fèi)將成為未來(lái)幾年的經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展熱點(diǎn)。據(jù)國(guó)務(wù)院發(fā)展研究中心預(yù)計(jì),到2015年消費(fèi)占GDP比重將達(dá)到40%。個(gè)人消費(fèi)大幅增長(zhǎng)和家庭財(cái)富激增,這樣的經(jīng)濟(jì)現(xiàn)實(shí)要求銀行必須越來(lái)越關(guān)注以家庭為對(duì)象的業(yè)務(wù)發(fā)展。但是,中型股份商業(yè)銀行在零售業(yè)務(wù)發(fā)展中,存在客戶(hù)獲取能力、業(yè)務(wù)規(guī)模發(fā)展等方面問(wèn)題,零售業(yè)務(wù)仍需進(jìn)一步創(chuàng)新發(fā)展。文章通過(guò)研究發(fā)現(xiàn),現(xiàn)存的銀行零售業(yè)務(wù)已經(jīng)無(wú)法滿(mǎn)足客戶(hù)對(duì)資產(chǎn)管理的需求。未來(lái)銀行零售業(yè)務(wù)發(fā)展必須關(guān)注以“家庭”為對(duì)象的金融服務(wù)。通過(guò)對(duì)中型股份制商業(yè)銀行和家庭理財(cái)現(xiàn)狀分析,文章提出了一種零售業(yè)務(wù)的創(chuàng)新模式——居家金融。文章所談的“居家金融”就是在以“家庭”為對(duì)象的金融服務(wù)基礎(chǔ)上對(duì)銀行零售業(yè)務(wù)的創(chuàng)新。由此,文章接下來(lái)對(duì)居家金融進(jìn)行闡述。首先,從概念和理論上對(duì)居家金融進(jìn)行初步的介紹。重點(diǎn)說(shuō)明了居家金融所包含的特征和內(nèi)容,和家庭金融、家庭理財(cái)?shù)雀拍钸M(jìn)行區(qū)分。其次,文章系統(tǒng)論述了居家金融的業(yè)務(wù)設(shè)計(jì),主要是從組織結(jié)構(gòu)、產(chǎn)品設(shè)計(jì)和系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)等方面進(jìn)行闡述。最后,文章通過(guò)以Z銀行F省分行“存貸寶”業(yè)務(wù)為例進(jìn)行案例分析,模擬居家金融業(yè)務(wù)營(yíng)銷(xiāo)效果。案例分析中營(yíng)銷(xiāo)效果預(yù)測(cè),居家金融業(yè)務(wù)的客戶(hù)數(shù)新增和存款新增是傳統(tǒng)模式的六倍以上。案例分析說(shuō)明居家金融服務(wù)對(duì)銀行和客戶(hù)來(lái)說(shuō)是雙贏的,為銀行帶來(lái)利潤(rùn)和市場(chǎng),為客戶(hù)帶來(lái)優(yōu)質(zhì)服務(wù)和更好地增值家庭財(cái)富。文章結(jié)論認(rèn)為居家金融業(yè)務(wù)的創(chuàng)新性設(shè)想是適合中型股份制商業(yè)銀行未來(lái)的發(fā)展。文章中居家金融的創(chuàng)新提出對(duì)銀行零售業(yè)務(wù)發(fā)展和家庭財(cái)富的積累意義重大。開(kāi)展居家金融業(yè)務(wù)有利于銀行業(yè)實(shí)現(xiàn)綜合化、差異化經(jīng)營(yíng)。實(shí)現(xiàn)業(yè)務(wù)的多元化,增強(qiáng)商業(yè)銀行的可持續(xù)發(fā)展能力。開(kāi)展居家金融服務(wù)完全符合現(xiàn)代商業(yè)銀行發(fā)展趨勢(shì),有利于改善經(jīng)營(yíng)狀況,擴(kuò)展零售業(yè)務(wù)功能,并能大力支撐商業(yè)銀行持續(xù)經(jīng)營(yíng)發(fā)展。居家金融服務(wù)整合家庭資源能更好實(shí)現(xiàn)家庭財(cái)富增值,這有利于構(gòu)建家庭和諧環(huán)境。
[Abstract]:The development of retail banking business is one of the important trends of the global banking industry. The proportion of the retail business profits of the international large banks is generally in the range of 40% to 60%, and most of their profit sources are mainly from the company business. In China, with the competition of the banking industry intensifying, Citizens' financial consumption awareness will increase, and residents' consumption of housing, cars, education and tourism will become the focus of economic development in the next few years. According to the State Council Development Research Center, By 2015, consumption as a share of GDP will reach 40 percent. The economic reality of a sharp increase in personal consumption and a surge in household wealth requires banks to pay more and more attention to family-oriented business development. In the retail business development of medium stock commercial banks, there are some problems such as customer acquisition ability, business scale development and so on, and the retail business still needs further innovation and development. The existing banking retail business can no longer meet the customer's demand for asset management. In the future, the development of bank retail business must focus on the financial services targeted at "family." by analyzing the current situation of medium-sized joint-stock commercial banks and family finance, This paper puts forward a kind of innovative mode of retail business-home finance. The article talks about "home finance" is the innovation of bank retail business based on the financial service of "family". First of all, the paper gives a preliminary introduction to the home finance from the concept and theory. It focuses on the characteristics and contents of the home finance, and the family finance. Secondly, the article systematically discusses the business design of home finance, mainly from the organizational structure, product design and system design. By taking the "deposit and loan treasure" business of the F province branch of Z Bank as an example, this paper simulates the marketing effect of the home finance business, and forecasts the marketing effect in the case study. The number of new customers and the increase in deposits in the home finance business are more than six times that of the traditional model. The case study shows that home financial services are win-win for both banks and customers, bringing profits and markets to banks. The paper concludes that the innovative assumption of home finance business is suitable for the future development of medium-sized joint-stock commercial banks. In this paper, the innovation of home finance is put forward to the silver. The development of retail business and the accumulation of household wealth are of great significance. Differentiated management. To realize the diversification of business, enhance the ability of sustainable development of commercial banks. The development of home financial services is fully in line with the development trend of modern commercial banks, is conducive to improve the operating conditions, expand the function of retail business, And it can support the continuous development of commercial banks. Home financial services integration of family resources can better realize the value of household wealth, which is conducive to the construction of a harmonious family environment.
