【摘要】：本文從制度的規(guī)制性因素、規(guī)范性因素和文化-認(rèn)知性因素三個(gè)維度出發(fā),以臺(tái)灣證券市場由核準(zhǔn)制向注冊制轉(zhuǎn)變歷程為借鑒,梳理了我國證券市場由核準(zhǔn)制向注冊制轉(zhuǎn)變的有利條件和不足,并提出我國可以首先在創(chuàng)業(yè)板市場引入注冊制,然后再由并存制度向全面注冊制過渡。本文進(jìn)一步從完善法律、建設(shè)制度、塑造理念三個(gè)層面為全面實(shí)行注冊制進(jìn)行充分準(zhǔn)備提出了可行的政策建議。
[Abstract]:Based on the three dimensions of regulatory factors, normative factors and culture-cognitive factors, this paper draws lessons from the transition from approval system to registration system in Taiwan's securities market. This paper combs the advantages and disadvantages of the transition from the approval system to the registration system in China's securities market, and proposes that China can first introduce the registration system into the gem market, and then make the transition from the co-existing system to the comprehensive registration system. Three levels of construction system and concept are put forward feasible policy recommendations for the full implementation of registration system.
