【摘要】：現(xiàn)代銀行出于復(fù)雜的市場環(huán)境下,并經(jīng)歷激烈的行業(yè)競爭。在如此激烈的競爭中,各家銀行都在思考如何變革如何才能更好地把握市場趨勢,提升自身競爭力。本文試圖通過探討SOA技術(shù)在商業(yè)銀行的柜面流程再造的實(shí)踐活動回答這一問題。本論文以銀行流程再造為業(yè)務(wù)核心,以SOA架構(gòu)為技術(shù)中心,深入分析SOA架構(gòu)的相關(guān)理論和流程銀行理論,思考兩者協(xié)同運(yùn)作的理論基礎(chǔ)。在此SOA架構(gòu)基礎(chǔ)上,分析如何構(gòu)建并實(shí)現(xiàn)銀行柜面業(yè)務(wù)流程再造的架構(gòu)方案,同時給出了實(shí)際應(yīng)用的業(yè)務(wù)案例。論文首先介紹業(yè)務(wù)流程再造、流程銀行理論、SOA等相關(guān)理論基礎(chǔ),指出商業(yè)銀行基于SOA架構(gòu)的柜面流程再造的理論依據(jù)和現(xiàn)實(shí)基礎(chǔ)。介紹了目前銀行柜面業(yè)務(wù)流程需求,分析其存在問題。在此基礎(chǔ)上進(jìn)一步思考其改進(jìn)的方向和技術(shù)支撐手段,肯定了銀行需要SOA的必要性和和作為解決方案的可行性。同時用SWOT方法對柜面流程改造的內(nèi)外部情況作了分析。其次論文在上述理論指導(dǎo)下,分析實(shí)際業(yè)務(wù)是如何在SOA架構(gòu)下設(shè)計、串聯(lián)和運(yùn)作的,文中通過一個資金類票據(jù)簽發(fā)類業(yè)務(wù)的流程再造的例子,詳細(xì)介紹了資金類票據(jù)簽發(fā)業(yè)務(wù)是如何在SOA框架搭建的柜面流程再造體系中運(yùn)作的。通過這個實(shí)際業(yè)務(wù)流程再造案例,呼應(yīng)了前面章節(jié)提到的SOA技術(shù)架構(gòu)和流程銀行理論,是上述理論在銀行業(yè)柜面流程改造中的具體應(yīng)用,有很強(qiáng)的現(xiàn)實(shí)意義。然后論文介紹了支持該業(yè)務(wù)系統(tǒng)的技術(shù)平臺。本章沒有面面俱到,而是側(cè)重對一些關(guān)鍵的技術(shù)方案進(jìn)行介紹。并對原有系統(tǒng)的集成方案作了說明。接著論文介紹了實(shí)施柜面流程再造后獲得的技術(shù)成效和業(yè)務(wù)成效,肯定了實(shí)踐活動對提升銀行服務(wù)和核心競爭力的重要舉措和顯著效果。最后章節(jié)論文對該銀行的未來作了展望和總結(jié)。論文立足于實(shí)際,把面向服務(wù)的架構(gòu)理論(SOA)和業(yè)務(wù)流程再造理論(BPR)應(yīng)用到實(shí)際銀行柜面流程再造當(dāng)中,既有對理論的介紹和分析,也有對實(shí)際業(yè)務(wù)的操作,對其他商業(yè)銀行或者試圖使用SOA來重組業(yè)務(wù)流程的企業(yè)有非常明顯的借鑒意義,為他們的信息化建設(shè)提供了指導(dǎo)方向。
[Abstract]:Modern banks are facing fierce industry competition in a complex market environment. In such fierce competition, banks are thinking about how to change how to better grasp market trends. This paper attempts to answer this question by discussing the practical activities of SOA technology in the counter process reengineering of commercial banks. This paper takes the bank process reengineering as the core of business, and takes the SOA framework as the technical center. This paper deeply analyzes the relevant theories of SOA architecture and the theory of process banking, and thinks about the theoretical basis of their cooperative operation. On the basis of this SOA framework, this paper analyzes how to construct and realize the framework scheme of bank counter business process reengineering. At the same time, a practical business case is given. Firstly, the paper introduces the business process reengineering (BPR), the theory of process banking (BBS) and the theory of SOA, and so on. This paper points out the theoretical basis and practical basis of the reengineering of the counter business process of commercial banks based on the SOA framework, introduces the current business process demand of the bank's counter business, analyzes the existing problems, and further thinks about the direction of improvement and the technical support means on this basis. The necessity and feasibility of SOA are confirmed. At the same time, the internal and external situation of counter flow transformation is analyzed with SWOT method. Secondly, under the guidance of the above theory, This paper analyzes how the actual business is designed, connected and operated under the framework of SOA. An example of process reengineering is given in this paper. This paper introduces in detail how the issuance business of capital bills works in the cabinet process reengineering system set up by SOA framework. Through this actual business process reengineering case, it echoes the technical framework of SOA and the theory of process banking mentioned in the previous chapters. It is the concrete application of the above theory in the reformation of banking counter flow, which has very strong practical significance. Then, the paper introduces the technical platform to support the business system. It focuses on the introduction of some key technical solutions, and explains the integration scheme of the original system. Then, the paper introduces the technical and business results obtained after the implementation of counter counter process reengineering. The paper affirms the important measures and remarkable effects of practical activities in promoting banking services and core competitiveness. Finally, the paper makes a prospect and summary of the bank's future. The theory of service-oriented architecture (SOA) and the theory of business process reengineering (BPRR) have been applied to the practical bank's counter business process reengineering, both the introduction and analysis of the theory and the operation of the actual business. For other commercial banks or try to use SOA to reorganize the business process of enterprises have very obvious reference significance, for their information construction to provide a guiding direction.
