【摘要】：隨著互聯(lián)網(wǎng)對(duì)我國(guó)社會(huì)的深度融合,互聯(lián)網(wǎng)與金融的融合在我國(guó)也進(jìn)行的如火如荼,但是國(guó)家層面對(duì)互聯(lián)網(wǎng)金融產(chǎn)發(fā)展的監(jiān)管并未形成制度。本文在觀照互聯(lián)網(wǎng)金融產(chǎn)業(yè)特點(diǎn)的基礎(chǔ)上,對(duì)我國(guó)當(dāng)前互聯(lián)網(wǎng)金融產(chǎn)業(yè)的發(fā)展的地方監(jiān)管實(shí)踐及其優(yōu)化進(jìn)行了分析,并指出了完善互聯(lián)網(wǎng)金融地方監(jiān)管政策建議。
[Abstract]:With the deep integration of the Internet into our society, the integration of the Internet and finance is also in full swing in our country. However, at the national level, the supervision of the development of Internet financial industry has not formed a system. On the basis of considering the characteristics of Internet financial industry, this paper analyzes the local supervision practice and optimization of the current development of Internet financial industry in China. And pointed out that the improvement of Internet financial local regulatory policy recommendations.
