【摘要】：本文選擇河北省農(nóng)村信貸與農(nóng)民收入的關(guān)系作為研究對(duì)象，從河北省農(nóng)村經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展、農(nóng)民收入及農(nóng)村信貸狀況的現(xiàn)實(shí)情況出發(fā)，選用1985-2011年《中國(guó)統(tǒng)計(jì)年鑒》、《中國(guó)農(nóng)村統(tǒng)計(jì)年鑒》、《河北經(jīng)濟(jì)年鑒》及網(wǎng)上收集來(lái)的相關(guān)數(shù)據(jù)，運(yùn)用計(jì)量經(jīng)濟(jì)方法對(duì)河北省農(nóng)村信貸與農(nóng)民收入變動(dòng)的關(guān)系進(jìn)行了研究，得出河北省農(nóng)村信貸對(duì)農(nóng)村居民增收具有單向促進(jìn)作用，并試圖為河北省農(nóng)村信貸環(huán)境的改善及如何促進(jìn)農(nóng)民增收提供一定的解決方法。 首先，定義了農(nóng)村信貸的內(nèi)涵、概括了農(nóng)村信貸的特點(diǎn)，對(duì)農(nóng)民收入做了界定及分類，詳細(xì)論述了研究本文的理論基礎(chǔ)，包括馬克思的借貸資本理論和西方經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)理論。 其次，從現(xiàn)實(shí)情況出發(fā)，用圖形分析和比較分析法分析了河北省農(nóng)村居民的收入現(xiàn)狀及信貸融資狀況，及河北省農(nóng)村信貸對(duì)農(nóng)民收入的影響，指出河北省農(nóng)村信貸增加支持農(nóng)民增收，農(nóng)村信貸投入不足影響農(nóng)民增收。 再次，運(yùn)用計(jì)量經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)中的時(shí)間序列分析，基于VAR模型，運(yùn)用協(xié)整分析與VEC模型分析了河北省農(nóng)民收入與農(nóng)村信貸之間的長(zhǎng)短期關(guān)系，用脈沖響應(yīng)函數(shù)及方差分解進(jìn)一步分析了河北省農(nóng)民收入與農(nóng)村信貸之間的動(dòng)態(tài)作用關(guān)系。通過(guò)研究得出河北省農(nóng)村信貸對(duì)農(nóng)民增收具有單向促進(jìn)作用，而且在長(zhǎng)期上作用更顯著。 最后，為解決河北省農(nóng)村信貸短缺問(wèn)題，，加快河北省農(nóng)村經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展，提高農(nóng)村居民收入，基于前文的分析和研究，有針對(duì)性地提出了關(guān)于如何改善農(nóng)村信貸條件，增加對(duì)農(nóng)信貸投入，促進(jìn)農(nóng)民增收的幾點(diǎn)政策建議。
[Abstract]:In this paper, the relationship between rural credit and farmers' income in Hebei Province is chosen as the object of study, starting from the reality of the development of rural economy, the income of farmers and the status of rural credit in Hebei Province. This paper studies the relationship between rural credit and peasants' income in Hebei Province by means of econometric methods, including the Statistical Yearbook of China from 1985 to 2011, the Statistical Yearbook of China Rural China, the Economic Yearbook of Hebei Province and the related data collected on the Internet. It is concluded that rural credit in Hebei Province has a unidirectional effect on the increase of rural residents' income, and attempts to provide some solutions for the improvement of rural credit environment in Hebei Province and how to promote the increase of farmers' income. Firstly, it defines the connotation of rural credit, summarizes the characteristics of rural credit, defines and classifies the income of farmers, and discusses in detail the theoretical basis of this paper, including Marx's theory of borrowing capital and western economic growth theory. Secondly, from the point of view of reality, the paper analyzes the income status and credit financing status of rural residents in Hebei Province by means of graphic analysis and comparative analysis, and the impact of rural credit on farmers' income in Hebei Province. It is pointed out that the increase of rural credit in Hebei Province supports the increase of farmers' income, and the insufficient input of rural credit affects the increase of farmers' income. Thirdly, using the time series analysis in econometrics, based on VAR model, using cointegration analysis and VEC model to analyze the long-term and short-term relationship between farmers' income and rural credit in Hebei Province. The dynamic relationship between farmers' income and rural credit in Hebei Province is further analyzed by using impulse response function and variance decomposition. And more significant in the long run. Finally, in order to solve the problem of the shortage of rural credit in Hebei Province, accelerate the development of rural economy in Hebei Province, and raise the income of rural residents, based on the analysis and research above, the paper puts forward some suggestions on how to improve the rural credit conditions. Increase to agricultural credit input, promote farmer to increase a few policy suggestions of income.
