【摘要】：當(dāng)前我國經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展逐步由"要素推動"轉(zhuǎn)向"創(chuàng)新推動",中小企業(yè)是創(chuàng)新的主體,資金是企業(yè)創(chuàng)新活動中最具決定性的投入要素之一,合理有效的融資模式可以為企業(yè)創(chuàng)新提供融資渠道,提高資金投資效率。本文從金融發(fā)展角度對融資模式與企業(yè)創(chuàng)新的作用機(jī)理進(jìn)行了深入探析,并比較了傳統(tǒng)融資模式與互聯(lián)網(wǎng)融資模式對企業(yè)創(chuàng)新的影響,實證結(jié)果顯示互聯(lián)網(wǎng)融資模式受政策、平臺性質(zhì)、行業(yè)、地區(qū)的影響較大,不過更有利于拓寬中小企業(yè)的融資渠道,提高匹配效率。
[Abstract]:At present, the economic development of our country is gradually changing from "factor promotion" to "innovation promotion". Small and medium-sized enterprises are the main body of innovation, and capital is one of the most decisive input elements in enterprise innovation activities. A reasonable and effective financing model can provide financing channels for enterprise innovation and improve the efficiency of capital investment. This paper makes a deep analysis of the mechanism of financing mode and enterprise innovation from the perspective of financial development. The influence of traditional financing mode and Internet financing mode on enterprise innovation is compared. The empirical results show that Internet financing model is influenced by policy, platform nature, industry and region. However, more conducive to widening the financing channels of small and medium-sized enterprises, improve matching efficiency.
