【摘要】：國際資本流動的差異性影響了人民幣的跨境使用,在人民幣單邊升值預(yù)期弱化的背景下,其差異性反映出不同的資金回流沖擊風(fēng)險。本文引入永久收入模型,構(gòu)建基于私人消費和凈產(chǎn)出關(guān)系的資本流動程度測度框架,并采用Swamy’s隨機系數(shù)模型和狀態(tài)向量空間方法動態(tài)地分析其差異性。結(jié)果表明,本文選取的12個人民幣流通國家或地區(qū)國際資本流動的時序和地區(qū)間差異較大,人民幣國際化推進策略和回流沖擊的審慎監(jiān)管政策應(yīng)充分考慮其差異性。
[Abstract]:The difference of international capital flow affects the cross-border use of RMB. Under the background of weakening the expectation of unilateral appreciation of RMB, the difference reflects different risk of capital backflow. This paper introduces the permanent income model. A framework for measuring the degree of capital flow based on the relationship between private consumption and net output is constructed, and the differences are dynamically analyzed by using the Swamy's stochastic coefficient model and the state vector space method. The time series and regional differences of the international capital flows of 12 RMB circulating countries or regions selected in this paper are quite different, so the differences between them should be fully considered in the strategy of promoting RMB internationalization and the prudential supervision policy of backflow impact.
