互聯(lián)網(wǎng)金融沖擊下我國商業(yè)銀行應(yīng)對策略研究

【摘要】:隨著以互聯(lián)網(wǎng)為代表的現(xiàn)代信息科技的迅速發(fā)展,我國社會經(jīng)濟正在加速變化。2012年我國網(wǎng)絡(luò)零售市場交易規(guī)模達1.32萬億元,較2011年增長了64.7%;網(wǎng)購用戶規(guī)模達2.47億人,同比增長21.7%。截至2012年底,我國電子商務(wù)市場交易規(guī)模達7.85萬億元,較上年同期增長了30.83%,國內(nèi)電子商務(wù)市場呈現(xiàn)出蓬勃發(fā)展的態(tài)勢。在電子商務(wù)不斷超越傳統(tǒng)商業(yè)模式的同時,“互聯(lián)網(wǎng)金融”的誕生也在一定程度上表現(xiàn)出對傳統(tǒng)金融服務(wù)模式的替代作用。新一代互聯(lián)網(wǎng)技術(shù)的代表包括云計算、大數(shù)據(jù)、社交網(wǎng)絡(luò)等等,它們憑借自身優(yōu)勢,開始向金融領(lǐng)域延伸拓展業(yè)務(wù)。隨著第三方支付、眾籌融資、P2P網(wǎng)絡(luò)信貸以及其他形式的網(wǎng)絡(luò)金融服務(wù)平臺的不斷出現(xiàn),互聯(lián)網(wǎng)金融引起了金融學(xué)者與政策制定者的高度重視。雖然在短期內(nèi)互聯(lián)網(wǎng)金融對傳統(tǒng)銀行業(yè)造成的沖擊并不明顯,但從長遠上來,將有可能對商業(yè)銀行中間業(yè)務(wù)、資產(chǎn)業(yè)務(wù)和負債業(yè)務(wù)造成不同程度的影響。同時,互聯(lián)網(wǎng)金融的出現(xiàn)也在一定程度上為我國商業(yè)銀行在互聯(lián)網(wǎng)和大數(shù)據(jù)時代的發(fā)展帶來不少機遇。一方面,我國商業(yè)銀行資產(chǎn)實力雄厚,客戶資源豐富,風(fēng)險控制體系較為完善;另一方面,我國銀行又存在業(yè)務(wù)流程冗長僵化、信息處理效率較低、部門機制嚴重、產(chǎn)品缺乏靈活性等問題。因此,我國商業(yè)銀行應(yīng)從戰(zhàn)略的角度,發(fā)揮絕對優(yōu)勢,避開自身劣勢,處理好與互聯(lián)網(wǎng)企業(yè)之間復(fù)雜關(guān)系。文章從商業(yè)銀行角度出發(fā),分析互聯(lián)網(wǎng)金融對我國銀行業(yè)造成的沖擊以及商業(yè)銀行可能面臨的機遇,研究商業(yè)銀行與互聯(lián)網(wǎng)企業(yè)之間在具體業(yè)務(wù)上的競爭合作關(guān)系,并在此基礎(chǔ)上利用演化博弈模型進行模擬;根據(jù)我國銀行業(yè)目前的發(fā)展?fàn)顩r以及其優(yōu)劣勢,分析各大商業(yè)銀行近期所采取的具體應(yīng)對措施,對商業(yè)銀行互聯(lián)網(wǎng)化發(fā)展提出幾點思考;最后為我國商業(yè)銀行未來發(fā)展提出建議,為推動我國銀行業(yè)的全面改革升級提供參考與借鑒。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of modern information technology, represented by the Internet, China's social economy is accelerating. In 2012, the scale of online retail market in China reached 1.32 tillion yuan, an increase of 64.7 over 2011, and the scale of online shopping users reached 247 million. By end of 2012, the scale of transactions in China's e-commerce market had reached 7.85 tillion yuan. Compared with the same period last year, the domestic e-commerce market has shown a vigorous development. While e-commerce continues to surpass the traditional business model, the birth of "Internet finance" also shows a certain degree of traditional gold. Alternative to the service model. The next generation of Internet technologies includes cloud computing, Big data, social networks and so on, with their own advantages, they begin to expand their business into the financial field. As third-party payments, crowdfunding, P2P network credit and other forms of online financial service platforms continue to emerge, Internet finance has attracted great attention from financial scholars and policy makers. Although the impact of Internet finance on traditional banking is not obvious in the short term, in the long run, it is likely to have an impact on the intermediary business of commercial banks. At the same time, the emergence of Internet finance also brings a lot of opportunities for the development of commercial banks in China in the era of Internet and big data. On the one hand, China's commercial banks have strong assets, abundant customer resources and perfect risk control system. On the other hand, Chinese banks have long and rigid business processes, low efficiency in information processing, and serious departmental mechanisms. Therefore, the commercial banks of our country should give full play to their absolute advantages, avoid their own disadvantages and deal with the complex relationship with the Internet enterprises from the angle of the commercial banks. This paper analyzes the impact of Internet finance on China's banking industry and the opportunities that commercial banks may face, and studies the competitive and cooperative relationship between commercial banks and Internet enterprises in specific business. On this basis, the evolutionary game model is used to simulate, and according to the current development situation and its advantages and disadvantages of China's banking industry, the concrete measures taken by major commercial banks in the near future are analyzed. Finally, some suggestions are put forward for the future development of Chinese commercial banks, which can be used as a reference for promoting the overall reform and upgrading of China's banking industry.
