中國銀保業(yè)務的發(fā)展及其治理建議

【摘要】:經濟全球化和金融一體化是銀保行業(yè)的發(fā)展的先決條件,銀保行業(yè)是西方國家銀行業(yè)和保險業(yè)對新市場的開辟和提高利潤率的重要手段之一。我國的銀行保險合作呈現出立體化、多樣化的發(fā)展趨勢,蘊藏著巨大的發(fā)展?jié)摿Α?中國銀保業(yè)至今已發(fā)展十余年,形成了具有中國特色的發(fā)展模式,成就了銀行保險行業(yè)的一度輝煌。然而隨著金融市場競爭日益加劇、投資環(huán)境持續(xù)低迷,銀保市場在各種利益的共同驅動下,行業(yè)渠道亂象又死灰復燃。保險公司駐點銷售猖獗,存在產品結構單一、對消費者銷售誤導、政策法規(guī)不夠完善等一系列問題,嚴重阻礙了業(yè)務的健康有序發(fā)展。對于壽險來講,2014年會比2013年更加困難,其中一大原因就是壽險營銷體制下產生了很多效率方面的問題。本文從銀保合作發(fā)展的現狀來分析其存在的客觀必然性,找出發(fā)展中存在的問題與不足,提出相關對策建議。通過研究得出銀保業(yè)的創(chuàng)新轉型是我國銀保業(yè)健康發(fā)展的必然選擇。本文的研究對我國銀保業(yè)務的長遠發(fā)展具有重要意義。 本論文有三個創(chuàng)新之處:首先對“銀行保險”這一概念進行了更加詳盡的論述;其次,通過對大量新聞與文獻的分析和研究,發(fā)現銀保的發(fā)展需要轉變經營理念,銀保的發(fā)展需要回歸本質,,即回歸誠信、回歸保障、回歸消費者。三是本文所研究和列舉的數據與時俱進,視野開闊,通過對國外及我國銀行保險行業(yè)的現狀和問題進行分析,提出了自己對于適合國情的銀保創(chuàng)新發(fā)展之路的看法。
[Abstract]:Economic globalization and financial integration are prerequisites for the development of the banking and insurance industry. The banking and insurance industry is one of the important means to open up the new market and improve the profit rate of the banking and insurance industry in western countries. The cooperation of bancassurance in our country shows a trend of three-dimensional and diversified development. There is great potential for development. China's banking and insurance industry has been developing for more than a decade, forming a development model with Chinese characteristics, which has made the bancassurance industry brilliant for a time. However, with the increasing competition in the financial market, the investment environment continues to be depressed. The bancassurance market is driven by a variety of interests, the industry channel chaos is reviving again. Insurance companies stop at the point of rampant sales, there is a single product structure, misleading consumer sales. Policies and regulations are not perfect and a series of problems seriously hinder the healthy and orderly development of business. For life insurance 2014 will be more difficult than 2013. One of the major reasons is that there are many efficiency problems under the life insurance marketing system. This paper analyzes the objective inevitability of its existence from the current situation of the development of bancassurance cooperation and finds out the problems and shortcomings in the development. It is concluded that the innovation and transformation of the banking insurance industry is the inevitable choice for the healthy development of the banking insurance industry in China. The study in this paper is of great significance to the long-term development of the banking insurance business in China. There are three innovations in this paper: firstly, the concept of "bancassurance" is discussed in more detail; Secondly, through the analysis and study of a large number of news and documents, it is found that the development of Bancassurance needs to change its business philosophy, and the development of Bancassurance needs to return to its essence, that is, to return to honesty and security. Third, this paper studies and enumerates the data with the times, broadens the field of vision, through the foreign and our country bancassurance industry present situation and the question carries on the analysis. Put forward their own view on the road of innovation and development of bancassurance suitable for national conditions.
