【摘要】：本文是基于企業(yè)異質(zhì)性理論框架結(jié)合山東省對(duì)外直接投資現(xiàn)實(shí)進(jìn)行的理論分析和實(shí)證檢驗(yàn)。企業(yè)異質(zhì)性理論是當(dāng)前國(guó)際經(jīng)濟(jì)理論研究的前沿。然而該理論是在發(fā)達(dá)國(guó)家市場(chǎng)背景下發(fā)展起來(lái)的,在發(fā)展中國(guó)家背景下是否同樣適用值得商榷,發(fā)展中國(guó)家市場(chǎng)經(jīng)濟(jì)正處于發(fā)育階段,在制度設(shè)計(jì)、產(chǎn)權(quán)分配、產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)等方面仍有許多不足,政府政策的干預(yù)、市場(chǎng)機(jī)制的不成熟等諸多因素都可能會(huì)通過(guò)不同的作用機(jī)理影響企業(yè)異質(zhì)性模型的解釋力。目前國(guó)內(nèi)對(duì)企業(yè)異質(zhì)性理論的研究主要集中于企業(yè)出口行為與生產(chǎn)率的實(shí)證檢驗(yàn),而關(guān)于對(duì)外直接投資行為與生產(chǎn)率的研究則相對(duì)較少。近年來(lái)山東省對(duì)外直接投資發(fā)展迅速,成果顯著,但也存在著投資規(guī)模偏小、投資效率不高、企業(yè)跨國(guó)經(jīng)營(yíng)能力較為欠缺等問(wèn)題,有關(guān)山東省對(duì)外直接投資的研究主要集中于宏觀層面,缺乏微觀研究視角。 本文首先對(duì)企業(yè)異質(zhì)性理論模型的有關(guān)研究進(jìn)行了梳理。總結(jié)了國(guó)內(nèi)外學(xué)者對(duì)企業(yè)異質(zhì)性模型的理論分析、實(shí)證檢驗(yàn)以及對(duì)模型的補(bǔ)充和發(fā)展。通過(guò)總結(jié)梳理前人的有關(guān)研究,為本文研究奠定了理論基礎(chǔ)。其次,本文通過(guò)山東省對(duì)外直接投資的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀,結(jié)合企業(yè)對(duì)外直接投資的經(jīng)驗(yàn)事實(shí),總結(jié)了近年來(lái)山東省對(duì)外直接投資發(fā)展的典型特征,在經(jīng)典企業(yè)異質(zhì)性模型的基礎(chǔ)上,本文對(duì)上述特征進(jìn)行了模型化抽象,通過(guò)變動(dòng)理論模型假設(shè)和添加變量,構(gòu)建了相應(yīng)的數(shù)理模型,從理論上入手對(duì)企業(yè)對(duì)外直接投資與生產(chǎn)率之間的關(guān)系進(jìn)行了分析。隨后,本文選用山東省上市公司企業(yè)數(shù)據(jù),采用多種企業(yè)層面生產(chǎn)率計(jì)算方法,對(duì)山東省企業(yè)對(duì)外投資行為與企業(yè)生產(chǎn)率之間的關(guān)系,即對(duì)外直接投資的企業(yè)自我選擇效應(yīng)進(jìn)行了實(shí)證檢驗(yàn),檢驗(yàn)結(jié)果與經(jīng)典企業(yè)異質(zhì)性理論的預(yù)期并不一致,而與本文所構(gòu)建理論模型結(jié)論較為吻合。由此得出結(jié)論：生產(chǎn)率雖然是影響山東省企業(yè)對(duì)外直接投資的重要因素,但不是企業(yè)對(duì)外直接投資自我選擇效用的唯一決定性因素。最后,本文對(duì)檢驗(yàn)結(jié)果與企業(yè)異質(zhì)性理論預(yù)期不一致的原因進(jìn)行了分析,并山東省對(duì)外直接投資提出了相應(yīng)的政策建議。
[Abstract]:This paper is based on the theoretical framework of firm heterogeneity combined with the reality of FDI in Shandong Province. The theory of enterprise heterogeneity is the frontier of the current international economic theory. However, the theory is developing. Developed in the context of the national market. Under the background of developing countries, it is open to question that the market economy of developing countries is in the developing stage, there are still many deficiencies in system design, property rights distribution, industrial structure, and government policy intervention. Many factors, such as immature market mechanism, may influence the explanatory power of enterprise heterogeneity model through different action mechanisms. At present, domestic researches on enterprise heterogeneity theory mainly focus on firm export behavior and productivity. Empirical test. However, there are few researches on the behavior and productivity of OFDI. In recent years, OFDI in Shandong Province has developed rapidly and achieved remarkable results, but there is also a small scale of investment and low investment efficiency. The research on Shandong Province's foreign direct investment is mainly focused on the macro level and lacks the micro research perspective. In this paper, first of all, the relevant research on the enterprise heterogeneity model is reviewed, and the theoretical analysis of the enterprise heterogeneity model by domestic and foreign scholars is summarized. Empirical test and the supplement and development of the model. Through summing up and combing the previous studies, this paper lays a theoretical foundation for this study. Secondly, this paper through the development of Shandong Province foreign direct investment status. Combined with the empirical facts of FDI, this paper summarizes the typical characteristics of the development of FDI in Shandong Province in recent years. On the basis of the classic enterprise heterogeneity model, the above characteristics are modeled and abstracted. Through the hypothesis of change theory model and the addition of variables, the corresponding mathematical model is constructed, and the relationship between OFDI and productivity is analyzed theoretically. This paper selects the enterprise data of listed companies in Shandong Province, and uses a variety of enterprise level productivity calculation methods to analyze the relationship between the behavior of enterprises investing abroad and the productivity of enterprises in Shandong Province. That is, the self-selection effect of foreign direct investment (OFDI) is tested empirically, and the results are not consistent with the expectation of classic enterprise heterogeneity theory. The conclusion is consistent with the conclusion of the theoretical model constructed in this paper. It is concluded that productivity is an important factor affecting FDI of Shandong enterprises. But it is not the only decisive factor in the self-selection utility of FDI. Finally, this paper analyzes the reasons why the test results are inconsistent with the heterogeneity theory. And Shandong Province foreign direct investment proposed the corresponding policy proposal.
