【摘要】：統(tǒng)籌城鄉(xiāng)發(fā)展和建設(shè)社會(huì)主義新農(nóng)村等現(xiàn)實(shí)要求,促使中國(guó)農(nóng)村社會(huì)必須建立健全信用制度,因?yàn)橐粋�(gè)良好的農(nóng)村信用環(huán)境是農(nóng)村金融和農(nóng)村經(jīng)濟(jì)協(xié)調(diào)發(fā)展的重要保障。然而,既有的理論研究與實(shí)踐運(yùn)作主要圍繞授信和受信雙方以及作為監(jiān)管主體的政府展開,主體結(jié)構(gòu)預(yù)設(shè)較為單一,具體制度建構(gòu)相對(duì)粗糙。因此,創(chuàng)新我國(guó)農(nóng)村信用主體制度,構(gòu)建新型的農(nóng)村信用體系,無(wú)疑是統(tǒng)籌城鄉(xiāng)經(jīng)濟(jì)社會(huì)發(fā)展中最迫切需要解決的重大議題。
[Abstract]:To coordinate the development of urban and rural areas and to build a new socialist countryside, China's rural society must establish a sound credit system. Because a good rural credit environment is an important guarantee for the coordinated development of rural finance and rural economy. The existing theoretical research and practical operation mainly revolve around the credit and the creditworthy parties and the government as the main body of supervision. The main body structure presupposes relatively single and the concrete system construction is relatively rough. The innovation of rural credit system and the construction of a new rural credit system are undoubtedly the most urgent issues to be solved in the overall development of urban and rural economy and society.
