基于儒家思想的SH銀行企業(yè)文化構(gòu)建研究

【摘要】:隨著中國經(jīng)濟(jì)的不斷發(fā)展,我國金融市場上的競爭也越來越激烈,城市商業(yè)銀行應(yīng)對市場風(fēng)險(xiǎn)的要求也越來越高。為了在競爭中取勝,我國城市商業(yè)銀行積極開展企業(yè)文化建設(shè)。城市商業(yè)銀行通過有目的、有計(jì)劃地確定企業(yè)價(jià)值觀念和價(jià)值目標(biāo),并將它貫穿到企業(yè)發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略、企業(yè)經(jīng)營管理等的全過程,以期能更好的、更有效的促進(jìn)并提高企業(yè)整體素質(zhì)、經(jīng)濟(jì)效益和社會效益,使企業(yè)能夠在激烈的競爭中生存下來,并能持續(xù)穩(wěn)定長遠(yuǎn)地發(fā)展下去。建設(shè)企業(yè)文化,是城市商業(yè)銀行自身發(fā)展的需要,也是銀行之間競爭的需要,更是時(shí)代迅速發(fā)展的需要。因此,企業(yè)文化建設(shè)對于企業(yè)的發(fā)展至關(guān)重要。論文以SH銀行為研究對象,簡要闡述了其企業(yè)文化的發(fā)展歷程及現(xiàn)狀,深入剖析并總結(jié)出了SH銀行在企業(yè)文化建設(shè)中存在的五大主要問題:一是SH銀行“誠信”建設(shè)任重道遠(yuǎn),二是SH銀行團(tuán)隊(duì)協(xié)作能力沒有達(dá)到預(yù)期,三是SH銀行的民主建設(shè)有待加強(qiáng),四是SH銀行員工缺乏歸屬感,五是SH銀行的經(jīng)營方式有待改進(jìn)。根據(jù)作者的研究,SH銀行存在的五大問題可以用儒家思想中的五大精髓——信、義、仁、和、中庸來解決,這主要是因?yàn)椋骸靶拧笔瞧髽I(yè)的立業(yè)之本,“義”能提升企業(yè)團(tuán)隊(duì)協(xié)作能力,“仁”能深化企業(yè)民主建設(shè),“和”是企業(yè)凝聚力的保證,“中庸”能促進(jìn)企業(yè)穩(wěn)健發(fā)展。實(shí)踐證明,企業(yè)文化的建設(shè)一定要符合民族性、文化性。而儒家思想從形成以來就深深影響了世世代代的中國人,中國人的行為和思想從小到大就受到了儒家思想的耳濡目染,因此通過儒家思想來構(gòu)建SH銀行的企業(yè)文化具有非常重要的現(xiàn)實(shí)價(jià)值和意義,也必將能夠被更多的中國人所接受和積極落實(shí)。論文針對SH銀行企業(yè)文化建設(shè)中存在的問題,通過信、義、仁、和、中庸等五個(gè)方面的建設(shè)來推動SH銀行形成誠信、團(tuán)結(jié)、積極向上、尊重人才、穩(wěn)健發(fā)展等的企業(yè)文化。最后,論文還從這五個(gè)方面來詳細(xì)論述了SH銀行構(gòu)建企業(yè)文化的相關(guān)保障措施,以期能夠更好地促進(jìn)SH銀行企業(yè)文化建設(shè)的“落地”。
[Abstract]:With the development of Chinese economy, the competition in the financial market of our country is more and more fierce, and the demand of the city commercial banks to deal with the market risk is higher and higher. In order to win in the competition. The city commercial bank of our country develops the enterprise culture construction actively. The city commercial bank determines the enterprise value concept and the value goal in a planned and purposeful way, and penetrates it into the enterprise development strategy. The whole process of enterprise management is expected to better, more effectively promote and improve the overall quality of the enterprise, economic and social benefits, so that the enterprise can survive in the fierce competition. The construction of corporate culture is not only the need of the development of urban commercial banks, but also the need of competition among banks, and the needs of rapid development of the times. The construction of corporate culture is very important for the development of enterprises. This paper takes SH Bank as the research object, briefly describes the development process and current situation of its corporate culture. This paper analyzes and summarizes the five main problems of SH Bank in the construction of corporate culture: one is that SH Bank has a long way to go to build "honesty", the other is that the team cooperation ability of SH Bank has not reached the expectation. The third is the need to strengthen the democratic construction of SH bank, the fourth is the lack of sense of belonging of SH bank staff, and the fifth is the need to improve the management mode of SH bank. According to the author's research. The five problems in SH Bank can be solved by the five quintessence of Confucianism: faith, righteousness, benevolence, benevolence, and the mean. This is mainly because "faith" is the foundation of the establishment of an enterprise. "Yi" can enhance the cooperation ability of enterprise team, "benevolence" can deepen the democratic construction of enterprise, "he" is the guarantee of enterprise cohesion, "mean" can promote the steady development of enterprise. The construction of enterprise culture must conform to the national and cultural character, and Confucianism has deeply influenced the Chinese people from generation to generation since its formation. The behavior and thought of Chinese people have been influenced by Confucianism from childhood to adulthood, so it is of great practical value and significance to construct the corporate culture of SH Bank through Confucianism. Also will be able to be accepted and actively implemented by more Chinese. This paper aims at the problems in the construction of SH bank corporate culture, through letter, righteousness, benevolence, and. Golden mean and other five aspects of construction to promote SH bank to form integrity, unity, positive, respect for talent, steady development of corporate culture. From these five aspects, the paper also discusses the relevant safeguard measures for SH bank to construct enterprise culture in order to promote the "landing" of SH bank enterprise culture construction.
