華夏銀行大連分行員工培訓體系研究

【摘要】:21世紀是一個競爭激烈的時代,其對人才的要求越來越高,人才競爭成為各大企業(yè)競爭的焦點。銀行,作為一個集綜合性、專業(yè)性于一體的行業(yè),其對人才的需求更為迫切。在中國,銀行業(yè)面臨的挑戰(zhàn)和競爭是多方面的,主要包括業(yè)務的同質(zhì)化、管理思想的落后化以及國際其他外來銀行對本土銀行的威脅。加之互聯(lián)網(wǎng)金融的興起、利率市場化的推進、綜合經(jīng)營的勢在必行,這些對銀行從業(yè)人員的素質(zhì)提出了更高層次的要求。各大銀行為了追趕“時代潮流”,紛紛為各自的員工制定培訓計劃,以期通過提高員工素質(zhì)提高銀行整體的面貌。但是銀行整體的培訓體系尚存在諸多問題,比如說缺少核心的組織文化激勵員工學習、組織結(jié)構(gòu)尚未健全、培訓方式較為單一、培訓課程缺乏系統(tǒng)化、培訓結(jié)果的評估模式形式化等。本文選擇華夏銀行大連分行作為研究對象,采用問卷調(diào)查、訪談等方法,再結(jié)合培訓理論,發(fā)現(xiàn)該銀行培訓過程中存在的問題,并針對問題提出相應的解決措施。本文的研究意義在于,通過對華夏銀行大連分行培訓體系的分析,按照培訓模型設計出一個適合銀行業(yè)的新的培訓體系。 本文主要分為五個部分。第一章為緒論,主要對本文的研究背景、選題意義以及研究方法進行論述;第二章為員工培訓的相關理論及研究現(xiàn)狀,梳理國內(nèi)外學者對該問題的研究以及所提出的相關理論;第三章為華夏銀行大連分行的培訓現(xiàn)狀,介紹該銀行相關背景知識、組織結(jié)構(gòu)以及人力資源基本情況的基礎上,對該行員工培訓的現(xiàn)狀進行論述;第四章為對華夏銀行大連分行培訓體系改進的意見,主要包括完善培訓體系、建立保障培訓體系實施的措施;第五章為結(jié)論與展望,對上述研究再次加以總結(jié),提出適合中國銀行業(yè)員工培訓的培訓體系,并對本文的研究不足加以闡述。
[Abstract]:21th century is an era of fierce competition, its demand for talent is becoming higher and higher, talent competition has become the focus of competition among major enterprises. Banks, as a comprehensive, professional industry. The demand for talents is more urgent. In China, the challenges and competition faced by the banking industry are various, including the homogeneity of business. With the backwardness of management thought and the threat of other foreign banks to local banks, the rise of Internet finance and the promotion of interest rate marketization, the comprehensive management is imperative. In order to catch up with the "trend of the times", the major banks have formulated training plans for their employees in order to catch up with the "trend of the times". But there are still many problems in the training system of the bank, such as the lack of core organizational culture to stimulate staff learning, the organizational structure is not yet sound. This paper chooses Dalian Branch of Huaxia Bank as the research object, using questionnaire, interview and other methods. Combined with the training theory, the paper finds the problems in the training process of the bank, and puts forward the corresponding solutions. The significance of this paper is to analyze the training system of Dalian Branch of Huaxia Bank. A new training system suitable for banking is designed according to the training model. This paper is divided into five parts. The first chapter is the introduction, which mainly discusses the research background, the significance of the topic and the research methods. The second chapter is the related theory and research status of employee training, combing the domestic and foreign scholars' research on this issue and the related theories put forward; The third chapter is the current situation of the training of Huaxia Bank Dalian Branch, on the basis of the introduction of the bank's background knowledge, organizational structure and basic situation of human resources, this paper discusses the current situation of the staff training of Huaxia Bank. Chapter 4th is the advice on the improvement of the training system of Dalian Branch of Huaxia Bank, including the improvement of the training system and the establishment of measures to ensure the implementation of the training system; Chapter 5th is the conclusion and prospect, summarizes the above research again, puts forward the training system suitable for the training of Chinese banking staff, and expounds the insufficiency of the research in this paper.
