【摘要】：存款保險(xiǎn)制度的道德風(fēng)險(xiǎn)問題是指商業(yè)銀行在存款保險(xiǎn)制度的保護(hù)下有動機(jī)承擔(dān)過度風(fēng)險(xiǎn)、追求超額利潤、從而可能導(dǎo)致銀行業(yè)危機(jī)的問題,是存款保險(xiǎn)制度的核心理論問題,也是存款保險(xiǎn)制度能否持續(xù)的關(guān)鍵問題,更是一國政府如何對商業(yè)銀行進(jìn)行監(jiān)管的重大問題。對國外銀行存款保險(xiǎn)制度的道德風(fēng)險(xiǎn)的相關(guān)文獻(xiàn)進(jìn)行綜述和分析的基礎(chǔ)上,認(rèn)為傳統(tǒng)的存款保險(xiǎn)制度存在嚴(yán)重的道德風(fēng)險(xiǎn),其制度運(yùn)行成本高昂,需要對存款保險(xiǎn)制度進(jìn)行改革和加強(qiáng)對商業(yè)銀行的監(jiān)管。建議我國建立存款保險(xiǎn)制度需要考慮避免道德風(fēng)險(xiǎn)問題。
[Abstract]:The moral hazard of deposit insurance system refers to the problem that commercial banks are motivated to bear excessive risks and pursue excess profits under the protection of deposit insurance system, which may lead to banking crisis. Deposit insurance system is the core theoretical issue, but also the key to the sustainability of deposit insurance system. On the basis of the review and analysis of the relevant literature on the moral hazard of the deposit insurance system of foreign banks, it is an important issue for the government to supervise the commercial banks. The author thinks that the traditional deposit insurance system has serious moral hazard and its operating cost is high. It is necessary to reform the deposit insurance system and strengthen the supervision of commercial banks.
