【摘要】：21世紀(jì)初誕生的新新貿(mào)易理論,與傳統(tǒng)貿(mào)易理論(以宏觀行業(yè)為研究對象,以同質(zhì)性為特征)不同的是,以微觀企業(yè)為研究對象,以異質(zhì)性為特征,以企業(yè)生產(chǎn)率為核心,以企業(yè)利潤最大化為決策基礎(chǔ)。這種貿(mào)易理論彌補了傳統(tǒng)企業(yè)國際化貿(mào)易投資理論的缺陷,并且對當(dāng)前企業(yè)國際化貿(mào)易行為或現(xiàn)象作出了比傳統(tǒng)貿(mào)易理論更為合理的解釋。從異質(zhì)性視角研究企業(yè)對外直接投資,是對異質(zhì)性企業(yè)貿(mào)易理論的擴(kuò)展。該理論建立了企業(yè)生產(chǎn)率異質(zhì)性以及相關(guān)東道國投資成本的關(guān)系,并引入了傳統(tǒng)區(qū)位分析的東道國區(qū)位影響因素,試圖以東道國生產(chǎn)率閾值解釋不同生產(chǎn)率企業(yè)在實現(xiàn)自身利潤最大化時的不同區(qū)位選擇。中國對外直接投資至今已經(jīng)歷10余年的高速增長,成為對外投資規(guī)模最大的發(fā)展中國家。在國家“走出去”戰(zhàn)略的引導(dǎo)下,中國企業(yè)更廣泛更深入地參與國際投資領(lǐng)域。區(qū)位選擇是企業(yè)對外直接投資面臨的首要問題和關(guān)鍵問題,直接影響到企業(yè)優(yōu)勢的發(fā)揮和國際化戰(zhàn)略實施的成敗。本文以企業(yè)異質(zhì)性與對外直接投資區(qū)位選擇為研究主題,在于通過企業(yè)異質(zhì)性與對外直接投資區(qū)位選擇的結(jié)合研究,突破目前大多數(shù)學(xué)者單純企業(yè)異質(zhì)性、企業(yè)對外直接投資等研究模式,引導(dǎo)研究向更為復(fù)合、深入和實用的研究方向拓展,從而推進(jìn)研究更具前瞻性、針對性、縱深性和有效性。文中借鑒和吸收了企業(yè)異質(zhì)性、對外投資區(qū)位等研究的最新成果,從企業(yè)微觀層面研究企業(yè)異質(zhì)性對外投資區(qū)位選擇的所具有的共融性、普遍性與差異性,并歸納和總結(jié)中國企業(yè)對外直接投資區(qū)位選擇的規(guī)律和模式；通過理論建模和經(jīng)驗研究發(fā)現(xiàn),東道國市場、制度環(huán)境、關(guān)稅及非關(guān)稅壁壘等因素,能在一定程度上降低東道國生產(chǎn)率閾值,吸引更多的中國企業(yè)進(jìn)入當(dāng)?shù)刂苯油顿Y；論文最后從企業(yè)和政府的角度,為有效提升中國企業(yè)異質(zhì)性對外直接投資區(qū)位選擇,提出富于針對性、建設(shè)性和有效性的對策和建議。
[Abstract]:In 21th century, the new and new trade theory, which was born at the beginning of 21th century, is different from the traditional trade theory (taking macroscopical industry as the research object and homogeneity as the characteristic). It takes the micro enterprise as the research object and the heterogeneity as the characteristic. Taking the productivity as the core and the profit maximization as the decision basis, this kind of trade theory makes up for the defects of the traditional international trade investment theory of enterprises. And the current enterprise international trade behavior or phenomenon than the traditional trade theory to make a more reasonable explanation. From the perspective of heterogeneity to study the foreign direct investment of enterprises. This theory establishes the relationship between the heterogeneity of enterprise productivity and the investment cost of the relevant host country, and introduces the factors affecting the location of the host country in the traditional location analysis. This paper attempts to explain the different location choices of enterprises with different productivity in realizing their own profit maximization by the productivity threshold of the host country. China's foreign direct investment (FDI) has experienced a rapid growth for more than 10 years. To become the largest developing country in foreign investment. Under the guidance of the national "going out" strategy. Chinese enterprises participate more extensively and deeply in the field of international investment. Location choice is the most important and key problem that enterprises face in OFDI. This paper focuses on the heterogeneity of enterprises and the location choice of foreign direct investment. Through the combination of enterprise heterogeneity and FDI location choice, most scholars break through the current research mode of pure enterprise heterogeneity, enterprise FDI and so on, and guide the research to be more complex. Further and practical research direction to expand, so as to promote the research more forward-looking, targeted, depth and effectiveness. This paper draws on and absorbs the latest achievements of enterprise heterogeneity, foreign investment location, and so on. From the microcosmic level of enterprises, this paper studies the integration, universality and difference of foreign investment location selection of heterogeneous enterprises, and sums up the rules and patterns of foreign direct investment location selection of Chinese enterprises. Through theoretical modeling and empirical research, it is found that the host country market, institutional environment, tariff and non-tariff barriers and other factors can reduce the host country productivity threshold to a certain extent. Attract more Chinese enterprises into local direct investment; Finally, from the angle of enterprise and government, in order to improve the heterogeneity of foreign direct investment (FDI) location choice of Chinese enterprises effectively, this paper puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions which are full of pertinence, constructive and effective.
