【摘要】：基于2003年12月8日滬深交易所交易前市場透明度改革背景,本文利用一家營業(yè)部的投資者報價和交易數(shù)據(jù),研究同一個機構(gòu)投資者和散戶投資者在透明度改革前后委托單提交激進(jìn)程度的變化,以及這種變化對其完成交易的成本的影響。我們發(fā)現(xiàn),透明度改革前后,機構(gòu)投資者的委托單提交激進(jìn)程度都顯著大于散戶投資者的委托單提交激進(jìn)程度。透明度增加以后,機構(gòu)投資者的委托單激進(jìn)程度顯著減少,而散戶投資者的委托單提交激進(jìn)程度增加。同時發(fā)現(xiàn),透明度增加以后,機構(gòu)投資者通過分拆委托單,增加交易次數(shù),導(dǎo)致完成交易的時間增加,但價格影響力基本沒有變化,散戶投資者的成交時間和價格影響力有顯著改善。
[Abstract]:Shanghai and Shenzhen Stock Exchange in December 8, 2003 before trading market transparency reform based on the background, the investor quotes and trading data of a sales department, on the same institutional investors and retail investors in the transparency reform before and after the order submission to the extent of radical changes, and this change affects the transaction cost on it. We found that, before and after the reform of transparency institutional investors, commissioned by the single submitted by radical degree is significantly greater than the retail investors submit. Radical increased transparency, institutional investors entrust single radical degree was significantly reduced, and the principal retail investors submit radical increases. At the same time, increase transparency, institutional investors by taking orders, increase the number of transactions.
