【摘要】：ECFA簽訂之后,兩岸貨幣的清算匯兌需求明顯加大,現(xiàn)有的貨幣清算匯兌機(jī)制無法滿足經(jīng)濟(jì)金融合作的要求。選擇以海西為兩岸貨幣清算匯兌機(jī)制建設(shè)的先行先試地區(qū),研究海西面臨的機(jī)遇和挑戰(zhàn),兩岸貨幣清算匯兌機(jī)制建設(shè)勢(shì)在必行。海西可率先擴(kuò)大新臺(tái)幣兌換對(duì)象、種類,建立兩岸貨幣兌換的定價(jià)機(jī)制;海西試點(diǎn)兩岸貿(mào)易項(xiàng)下以新臺(tái)幣計(jì)價(jià)結(jié)算,建立兩岸貨幣的間接清算匯兌機(jī)制;在兩岸貨幣間接清算匯兌機(jī)制的基礎(chǔ)上,進(jìn)一步推進(jìn)海西試點(diǎn)兩岸貨幣直接清算匯兌機(jī)制。
[Abstract]:After the signing of ECFA, the exchange demand for the settlement of cross-strait currencies has increased significantly. The existing currency clearing and exchange mechanism can not meet the requirements of economic and financial cooperation. It is imperative to construct the mechanism of currency exchange between the two sides of the strait. Hercyon can take the lead in expanding the objects and types of exchange of the new Taiwan dollar and establishing a pricing mechanism for the exchange of currency between the two sides. Haixi pilot cross-strait trade under the New Taiwan dollar valuation settlement, the establishment of cross-strait currency exchange mechanism for indirect settlement; On the basis of indirect clearing and exchange mechanism of currency on both sides of the strait, we should further promote the direct clearing and exchange mechanism of currency on both sides of the strait.
