【摘要】：正資本市場的迅猛發(fā)展與金融體制改革的深入進行,在客觀上造就了由市場自發(fā)形成并受適度規(guī)范的金融投融資工具和機制——私募股權(quán)基金(Private Equity Funds,簡稱PE)。PE的興起和發(fā)展從來都是經(jīng)濟發(fā)展的現(xiàn)實選擇和內(nèi)在要求。近年來,在優(yōu)化發(fā)展模式、調(diào)整產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)的宏觀背景下,企業(yè)間的并購重組此起彼伏,2014年我國上市公司發(fā)生并購重組交易1.45萬億元,遠超IPO和再融資總金額4834億元,資本市場已經(jīng)成為存量資源調(diào)整和整合的重要平臺。
[Abstract]:The rapid development of the capital market and the deepening of the reform of the financial system. The rise and development of PE).PE has always been the realistic choice and internal requirement of economic development. In recent years, under the macro background of optimizing the development mode and adjusting the industrial structure.
