【摘要】：在經濟全球化程度不斷提高的大背景下，中國通過改革開放，深深融入到經濟全球化的浪潮中。2007年中國的外匯儲備達到15300億美元之后，連續(xù)7年保持著全球外匯儲備第一的地位。2010年，中國超越日本成為全球第二大經濟體。作為經濟發(fā)展動力三駕馬車之一的投資，在拉動GDP的進程中扮演著極為重要的角色。國際直接投資是國際資本流動的形式之一，是促進生產力提高的重要渠道，在世界范圍內優(yōu)化資源配置。投資環(huán)境是影響國際投資的重要因素，通過研究福建省吸引外商直接投資的環(huán)境因子能夠更直接的了解福建省吸引和利用外商投資的狀況，為福建省開展經濟活動打好基礎。 本文首先闡述在經濟全球化程度不斷加深的當下，外商在華投資情況以及福建省吸引外商直接投資具體情況，，并對外商直接投資環(huán)境因子分析的討論做一個引言鋪墊。同時還介紹國內外的研究現(xiàn)狀，本文的結構安排及研究方法等。其次介紹了外商直接投資相關理論，對投資環(huán)境定義，環(huán)境分類以及評估方法做了深入的說明。本文的主體部分一共分為三部分，第一部分簡要介紹了福建省區(qū)域特征狀況，在這基礎上敘述了外商在福建省投資的發(fā)展狀況以及投資存在的問題；第二部分是本文的實證部分。從構建福建省吸引外商直接投資環(huán)境因子分析體系出發(fā)，并在可量化及可比較性原則，科學性原則，可操作性原則，時效性原則以及普惠性原則的前提下構建投資環(huán)境因子分析系統(tǒng)。環(huán)境因子評估體系一級指標分別是資源環(huán)境，經濟環(huán)境，市場環(huán)境，基礎設施環(huán)境，科技文化環(huán)境以及社會服務環(huán)境等六大指標，細分成33個子指標，用SPSS軟件縱向處理福建省從2000-2012年等數(shù)據并進行因子打分測算。隨后在環(huán)境因子分析體系建立完成的基礎之上，將福建省內的九大城市的投資環(huán)境進行橫向打分測算。繼而將福建省與廣東省、浙江省等九個省份的投資環(huán)境進行打分測算比較，根據比較結果針對性的說明福建省經濟發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀遇到的問題和對策。最后部分結合實證結果，提出改善福建省外商直接投資環(huán)境的對策和建議。
[Abstract]:Under the background of increasing degree of economic globalization, China has been deeply integrated into the tide of economic globalization through reform and opening up. In 2007, China's foreign exchange reserves reached 1.53 tillion US dollars. In 2010, China overtook Japan to become the second largest economy in the world. As one of the three driving forces of economic development, China invested. International direct investment is one of the forms of international capital flow and an important channel to promote productivity. The investment environment is an important factor affecting international investment. By studying the environmental factors of attracting foreign direct investment in Fujian Province, we can understand more directly the situation of attracting and utilizing foreign investment in Fujian Province, and lay a good foundation for Fujian to carry out economic activities. This paper first expounds the situation of foreign investment in China and the specific situation of attracting foreign direct investment in Fujian Province at a time when the degree of economic globalization is deepening. At the same time, it introduces the current situation of the research at home and abroad, the structure of this paper and the research methods. Secondly, it introduces the related theories of foreign direct investment. The definition of investment environment, environmental classification and evaluation methods are explained in depth. The main part of this paper is divided into three parts. The first part briefly introduces the regional characteristics of Fujian Province. On this basis, the development of foreign investment in Fujian Province and the problems of investment are described. The second part is the empirical part of this paper. From the construction of Fujian Province to attract foreign direct investment environmental factor analysis system, and in the quantifiable and comparable principles, scientific principles, operational principles. Based on the principle of timeliness and the principle of inclusiveness, the investment environment factor analysis system is constructed. The first level index of environmental factor evaluation system is resources environment, economic environment, market environment and infrastructure environment. The six indicators, such as the environment of science, technology and culture and the environment of social service, are subdivided into 33 sub-indicators. The SPSS software is used to deal with the data from 2000 to 2012 in Fujian Province, and the factor score is calculated. Then, the environmental factor analysis system is established on the basis of the completion of the system. The investment environment of nine major cities in Fujian Province is measured and measured horizontally. Then the investment environment of Fujian Province is compared with that of Guangdong Province and Zhejiang Province. According to the comparative results, the problems and countermeasures encountered in the economic development of Fujian Province are explained. Finally, combined with the empirical results, the countermeasures and suggestions for improving the environment of foreign direct investment in Fujian Province are put forward.
