【摘要】：目前,我國企業(yè)正處于經(jīng)濟(jì)轉(zhuǎn)型重要時期,技術(shù)創(chuàng)新能力培養(yǎng)成為企業(yè)發(fā)展的重中之重。技術(shù)多元化作為提升技術(shù)能力的重要手段受到越來越多學(xué)者關(guān)注,對技術(shù)多元化與企業(yè)創(chuàng)新績效關(guān)系的研究也越來越豐富。但是,現(xiàn)有文獻(xiàn)主要側(cè)重單一因素對兩者關(guān)系的調(diào)節(jié)影響,拘泥于單調(diào)的研究系統(tǒng),忽視了不同因素的交互影響。本文引入技術(shù)深度和互補(bǔ)資產(chǎn),分析這兩個因素對技術(shù)多元化與企業(yè)創(chuàng)新績效關(guān)系的調(diào)節(jié)作用。另外,鑒于企業(yè)所處行業(yè)特征的不同,我們考慮到技術(shù)多元化對企業(yè)創(chuàng)新績效的作用可能會受到影響,本文通過分析IT通信企業(yè)以及醫(yī)藥化工企業(yè)兩種具有不同技術(shù)特征的行業(yè)類型,分別研究技術(shù)多元化對企業(yè)創(chuàng)新績效的影響的不同情況。通過對我國120家上市公司2008-2012年的面板數(shù)據(jù)的實(shí)證分析,得出技術(shù)深度對技術(shù)多元化與企業(yè)創(chuàng)新績效之間有著正向的調(diào)節(jié)作用,市場專用互補(bǔ)資產(chǎn)與人力專用互補(bǔ)資產(chǎn)同樣起到正向調(diào)節(jié)作用,但生產(chǎn)制造專用互補(bǔ)資產(chǎn)的調(diào)節(jié)作用并不明顯。研究進(jìn)一步發(fā)現(xiàn),技術(shù)深度與市場專用互補(bǔ)資產(chǎn)、生產(chǎn)制造互補(bǔ)資產(chǎn)的調(diào)節(jié)作用有著互相替代的關(guān)系,而技術(shù)深度與人力專用互補(bǔ)資產(chǎn)之間的調(diào)節(jié)作用是正相關(guān)的。同時,技術(shù)多元化對企業(yè)創(chuàng)新績效的作用受到行業(yè)特征的影響。研究結(jié)論對我國企業(yè)在資源實(shí)力有限的條件下,技術(shù)多元化過程中,如何有效配置和拓展資源來提升創(chuàng)新績效具有顯著的實(shí)踐指導(dǎo)意義。
[Abstract]:At present, Chinese enterprises are in an important period of economic transformation, the cultivation of technological innovation ability has become the most important part of the development of enterprises. Technological diversification as an important means to enhance technological capabilities has attracted more and more scholars' attention. The research on the relationship between technological diversification and enterprise innovation performance is more and more abundant. However, the existing literature mainly focuses on the single factor to regulate the relationship between the two, and is stuck to the monotonous research system. This paper introduces technology depth and complementary assets to analyze the regulatory effect of these two factors on the relationship between technological diversification and enterprise innovation performance. In view of the different characteristics of the industry, we consider that the role of technological diversification on enterprise innovation performance may be affected. This paper analyzes two types of industries with different technical characteristics: IT communication enterprises and pharmaceutical and chemical enterprises. Through the empirical analysis of the panel data of 120 listed companies in China from 2008 to 2012. It is concluded that the depth of technology has a positive adjustment effect between technological diversification and enterprise innovation performance, market specific complementary assets and human resources special complementary assets also play a positive regulatory role. However, the adjustment effect of special complementary assets in production and manufacturing is not obvious. Further, it is found that the depth of technology has a mutually substituted relationship with the market special complementary assets and the regulatory role of production and manufacturing complementary assets. And the technology depth and manpower specialized complementary assets between the regulatory role is positive correlation. At the same time. The effect of technological diversification on enterprise innovation performance is affected by the characteristics of the industry. How to effectively allocate and expand resources to improve innovation performance has significant practical significance.
